This dehumidifier was purchased for a new build. It has been extremely quiet and works great. No effort on my part once the hose was hooked to drain into the sump pump.

We used to have a dehumidifier. The old one died a few years ago. This summer we noticed a musty smell in out basement. I did a lot of research and saw that this one had good reviews. So, I ordered it. Within a couple days the smell was gone. I hooked up a hose to the drain plug so I never have to empty the bucket.... and it's pretty quiet. I was also concerned that because I had no choice but to plug it into the same circuit as my pool filter that it would trip the breakers, but so far it has not. Therefore, not drawing too much electricity. I like it, it works perfectly and I would encourage you to buy it.

Had 50 pint unit ~7 weeks – occasional use (also use a 70 pint downstairs daily). Clean design – easy, user-friendly controls. Seems to reduce humidity reasonably fast. Fan & Compressor are a bit noisy if used in room you’re in. Unit puts out heat which isn’t good during summer. Unit turns off and lets you know when bucket is full (if not using hose to drain). Removing splash guard to clean bucket occasionally is difficult. There are numerous different kinds of tabs and you get one side loose only to have it lock up when you work the other side while trying not to break them - poor design. Owners manual and Frigidaire cust serv couldn’t tell me the secret (remove handle first) but she went on YouTube and found out for me. Before emptying bucket, let unit sit turned off for several minutes or it may drip water while bucket is out. Overall I’m satisfied.

Great little dehumidifier. Looks modern and as quiet as a dehumidifier can. Done wonders to keep the house dry in a humid climate. One of the easiest I have owned.

The Frigidaire dehumidifier is very quite. This is a replacement unit and the last one was noisy. This model is very quite and runs efficiently.

Bought this for our rental property after water backed up in the window wells during a large storm and flooded the basement. Our tenants had vacuumed up the water but I was concerned about lingering moisture and eventual mold. The tenants said the dehumidifier collected quite a lot of water in the first few days after setting it up. So I'm glad I got it. Can't speak to ease of use, etc. since I didn't actually use it, but I like the look of the sleek, simple design.

This is my second Frigidaire dehumidifier. The first lasted years. This is a newer design and seems even better. Quiet (enough) and efficient.

Quite, easy to operate and keeps my basement dry! Right choice for our previously damp basement. Place to attach hose so water His straight to our floor drain.

Very good appliance at a good price. Compared prices of Home Depot and several other vendors for same model and BB was lowest. Has worked well from day one.

Wanted/needed a higher capacity unit but they were all sold out. Need it immediately and this little guy did a really good job with a big guy job.

I have been using this for one day and it seems to be working very well. The bucket was filled with water soon. So I am guessing it is working.

After running this unit for about a week the humidity dropped from an average of about 70% to 50%. The unit works perfectly.

I am constantly impressed by how much moisture this machine pulls out of the air in our unfinished, walk-out basement. Upon purchasing, starting, and running the machine, we were down to 40% humidity within 32 hrs (and forgetting to dump the bucket). While the reservoir is small, I almost prefer it this size because i can lift it and carry it full much easier than some models with bigger tanks. The noise is average for a machine its size but it works better than similar models I've had before.

My first Frigidaire dehumidifier and so far it's the quietest one I have owned. Easy to use and keeps my basement dry. Highly recommended.

Our old one burned up after 22 years. This one is great and the design is new and easy to use. it is really efficient

This product replaced an older unit. It is a lot quieter and seems to take out a lot of water. Bought on sale for a reasonable price.

This dehumidifier works great at taking the moisture out of the air. It's ready for use right out of the box, no assembly required!

Keeps my basement nice and dry. I love it so much, that I purchased one for my bedroom and living room. No more damp musty smells!
