Really pulls the hot air out and cools a good sized room. Installation of window venting was difficult with crank out windows.

this unit did the whole upstairs of the house worth the money also 6 months interest free and fast store pickup

This works good in a large room but not for the whole main floor. Has a lot of features. Remote is nice to.

Bought this portable air conditioner when my house unit went out & it was 5 days before it could be fixed. It kept living room cool once I closed all doors and blocked the stairway with sheets. It kept the room at a cool 80 degrees when it was 105 degrees outside. The only problem was putting it together the exhaust hose did not want to work. Had to use duck tape to get it to work.

We had trouble when we an open box unit (it was missing everything but the ac unit - so we lost a week waiting for a new unit which we paid more for). The way the unit attaches to the window vent is a pain to install. But it cools well and after jumping over hurtles I would purchase it again.

I got this portable a/c when my central failed. When temperature gets over 100° is so hard to get an a/c technician when you most needed. This product was a life saver. We were not sleeping well for three days, but this product did its job perfectly. It cooled my bedroom first, then my living room (we had to sleep in living room until central a/c was repaired) Now I use it to help my old central to keep home cooler. Best purchase ever!!!

Great ac unit for small home plenty of features and really cold a bit on the loud side though..

Keeps the room cool. Wish it had less filters to clean though.

As soon as I bought it I was able to use it, a bit heavy if you have to lift it, but the wheels do the rest of the job, at 9000 BTU it is only for 1 small room but it is worth the money.

Easy to install. Keeps the room nice and cool especially during heat wave.

This unit works as expected. Just be careful that you reroute the heat out so you don't recycle the hot air.

It could be much quieter when cooling. Would be nice to have a built-in bucket to collect the water.

The window kit's a little weird, it's a rather large unit and it makes a fair bit of noise, but I like it fine. Probably because I got it as an open box unit so I didn't pay full price. I don't think I'd like it at full price...

This unit works great in a smaller space. We use it in our family room which is about 15x15. We tried it in a larger space with high ceilings and it did not work at all. Use it in the correct sized space and it will cool quickly. The timer option is also a nice tool.

Its a very quiet AC for my apartment. The provided Exhaust docks are very easy to install and seal. It's very convenient for all types of windows.

This ac was bought for my son's room. It does a good job keeping it cool.

For the size and btu it works great. I use it in a 300 share foot room.
