They at first refused the return, but a couple days later the store manager approved the return. Buyer be ware of Best Buy's return policies.

But this one is worth it's weight in gold. And we could not even tell on our electricity bill! It's been a nice cool summer and we love how simple this unit is to operate. Did I mention this unit has a remote control as well!

Have 2 window ac's in the bedroom windows and this one in the living room. Kept the entire house nice and comfortable. Very happy :)

My guys at resort prefer the frigidiare over the other brands for our smaller condos. We will be purchasing more of this product in the future.
