We had to replace our in cabinet microwave due to a burst pipe in our kitchen. Unfortunately there are not many options that are affordable. We found this model and considering some of the other appliances in my kitchen are Frigidaire we decided to give it a try. Overall it is a great microwave. It works as expected and has what I consider a large capacity. It was installed by a professional. Install seemed easy enough. You could probably do it if you were handy but I would recommend a professional as it is designed to go in the cabinet. You do need to purchase a separate wall cover with this product. Some annoyances on the microwave and the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. 1) you have to hit a lock release button before you press the open button after hearing up your food. My guess is this is a safety feature but I have not seen it on any other microwave. You get used to it. 2) it either beeps too much or not at all. The microwave beeps a lot after the food is heated to remind you. Its nice but too much. We tried to mute this feature but the only way is to mute the whole microwave and now it makes no noise. Which I could turn off just the reminder beeps. As I said, overall it's a great microwave. It works well and looks great. Very happy with the purchase

The unit is everything that a person could want in a microwave at a very affordable price. We had originally purchased a more expensive one, however, the frame would not fit in the area of our old built-in, so we chose this one. Save $600 and couldn’t be happier.

So far it’s been nice but we are still discovering the capabilities in order to fully evaluate. We are still waiting on the frame to arrive. It’s been on back order & it’s needed badly.

The microwave is sleek and feels sturdy. It replaced a similar model from 5 years ago. Thus one cooks better and the power level works better than the last one. The 50% level appears to be 50% power. Had it for a monthe and so far so good. No problems noted.

Modern, quiet,!good looking, EZ to install. I highly recommend.

Settings are easy to use. Turntable cooks food evenly.

After several weeks of use, we think it's an excellent microwave. We've always liked the Frigidaire brand for the high quality of the appliances they manufacture. Its functions and controls are easy to operate and make the appliance work perfectly. The price we paid is directly proportional to the purchase we made at Best Buy. On the other hand, BB's home delivery service was exactly on time, everything was great. Thank you very much. Enrique

It was the worst installation on the microwave because as usual Best Buy goofed up with the order. The trim kit which was promised at the time of purchase did not come. Now I'm staring at a microwave which has ugly space around it because of the lack of a trim kit. they contract out the install to some third party who has no clue and wash their hands off of everything. The third parties represent Best Buy's reputation. So what gives??? The chat agents are equally pathetic. When a sale needs to happen, promises are given, left and right. I am such a long standing customer but that's of no value any longer. Its a freaking rat race to get service anymore

Microwave is ok. Nothing special. But customer service for Frigidaire is awful! The rotating ring was broken when we got the microwave, and it was next to impossible to that part. Website, chat, phone - very frustrating. When I did talk to someone, they wanted to charge me for the part. Finally was able to get it under "warranty".

Very happy with this purchase through BB. However, it was a lot deeper than I expected and ended up very close the power socket which was directly behind it. I had to purchase a short "Low Profile" extension cord which work well.

Sleek, contemporary look and features. Seems easy to operate. The unlock feature is somewhat unnecessary for my household but I can see how it will benefit a house with small children.

The machine is great. It gets the job done and the aethstics are great. There is a locking mechanism that will keep kids froom playing with the machine. You can also override it.

So far the unit is working well. Had to help the family understand the door lock mode. I think our old gallery unit heated food a bit faster than this one but not complaining.

Just the replacement we needed. Loved the previous old one that died!

This has a very large cavity which is great for cooking multiple things at once! I use it mostly for popcorn, baked potatoes and reheating! I love it!

Looks great works great. I like the white interior. My old one was gray and I couldn’t see well to clean. A bit pricey with the trim piece but overall pleased.

It took a little time to get use to it but we love it. The first time we've had a Frigedaire.
