The oven works great and looks nice, however, this oven finish does NOT match the same brand refrigerator (we have the sidebyside fridge). Not sure why a company would have same brand appliances without matching their finishes. In our kitchen, the oven and fridge are right next to each other, so it is very apparent that they don't match. VERY disappointed and we're returning to Best Buy.
I have to say, the Best Buy return experience has been (mostly) positive.
