It would respond once I plugged it into the charger. I exchanged it for the Galaxy Watch 4 and was worth the additional cost!

I have to re-pair it to my iPhone at least weekly. It forgets my customizations so frequently I’ve just accepted the defaults as my own. Oh, and the watch band is so long it’s all but a belt! Go cheap and get a FitBit!
