My stepson said that he wanted a activity tracker for Christmas. This one has great branding and the battery life is supposed to be a year. He didn't care about the branding so we bought a third party band that matched what he was looking for but the device itself works wonderfully.

My son was so excited about this! He loves reaching his 60 min activity goals and checking out the metrics on his sleep and activity. We have used the “chore” program to assign him tasks and reward him when completed. This is a great gift for an elementary schooler.

My 6 year old loves the watch and we like the features, the only problem is the screen, or lack there of. First the color is horrible ( couldn’t tell it was color) and the screen size is too small. Other than that the feel and build quality is really good.

My 8 yo granddaughter loves this!! She is so excited when she reaches her goals! It’s kept her moving and striving each day to meet and then exceed her goals. I was glad I spent more for the Disney theme, there is a storyline that she unlocks moves with activity. She has unlocked new icons as she progresses in levels.

I like this activity tracker for my almost 10 yr old because it is tough enough to endure his activities and helps remind him about his chores. He likes it because he can tell what time it is and that it has a game that he can play on my phone and earn coins that he can trade in for rewards.

My kids enjoy the Garmin Vivofit Jr. Activity Tracker. They use them mostly as watches, but they like comparing steps and who has more. The trackers useful when we are on vacation to see how active we have been during the day. The battery life is good, and the screen is readable in daylight.

Before we had the watch we had problems getting my kids to pick her toys up and do other chores. The reminders for each chore I set for her is a great reminder for her to do what she needs to get done. She also love the Mickey maps she gets to move once she achieves her daily goals

Bought for granddaughter at the suggestion of her mother. She even recommended we go to Best Buy. I, of course, checked the web when the product were not available that day, but you had the fastest delivery and the best price. I used pick up at store which worked great.

It does what it says it does, kids love having it and it helps make doing chores a little more fun for them. I wish it had a gps tracker too but, for the price, that should not really take away from it's rating

I bought this as a way to track my son's activity and assign him tasks. He likes the reminder feature, and the fact that we can provide him points for doing his tasks. My only feedback is they don't make enough options for little girls (just Minnie Mouse).

I got this for my daughter and she loves it! She looks forward to playing her turn on the activity game each evening. She loves that it displays her name and I don't have to answer the question "What time is it?" every hour of the day! Great watch!

I have purchased two of these watched, one for each kid. They are perfect. The first watch was purchased two years ago and it’s still working perfectly. So, I purchased a second one when my youngest learned to tell time.

This is the second Garmin that we have bought for our children. They enjoy the games, and interaction on the app as well as setting and meeting their goals. The parental controls and rewards make it fun for the kids to do chores.

Bought this for my daughter. She enjoys keeping track of her steps and the fun challenges. We also use it to encourage her to do chores. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to encourage their kids to be more active.

We had this item for 1 year and then it died. It has a very tiny display and is very limited on info. Very simple info which is great for kids to understand. My daughter liked it. I wouldn't buy again, didn't seem worth the money with the small amount of info and it lasted for such a short time. Also you can not replace a battery if it dies. :-(

Bought for my daughter who was 7. Battery lasted almost two years. Bought the protection and they replaced it. Definitely recommend! She was rough on it and lasted way better than expected.

Both of my daughters received these for Christmas and now never take them off. They have been setting daily step goals and challenge each other to see who can get there first each day. No problems, so far. Great product.

Great! Daughter loves it for Christmas gift. She would be so happy if she reached step goal each day. The screen animates and sounds when goals reached. Need to download app to use and set up account.

Over time the watch decorations faded and it would not sync with my phone. Syncing was always an issue with an android phone. Watch and timer worked great
