Poor quality

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought This originally as a gift and few months after it quit working, thought it was the battery, luckily I got The protection plan at Best Buy and they replaced it. Got the second one and it to eventually quit working!! And the alarms that were set were unable to be stopped so it annoyed the person wearing it. Online says u just open the app but it never would reset them like it says u can. Overall I’m very disappointed it cost about $80 and doesn’t hold up to standards to use. I want My money back to get something that can actually work but at this point I dont Know if that’s even a possibility!
