So far it has performed well. Would like to be able to brighten the clock/timer readout. The writing for buttons is hard to read on the black background and very small.

The microwave is very efficient and works great. This is the third similar unit we have owned and are very satisfied. Shelf space to interior size ratio is very good.

It is an excellent microwave oven, with a learning curve to use. The invertor technology helps heating the foor and drink uniformly. I wish the interior is white instead of dark gray, so the food is more visible during cooking. It looks great after installation with a panasonic trim kit.

Decals wearing off?!

Love this microwave BUT the decals on the control panel are wearing off alresdy. Am wondering if this can be fixed? What can be done?

Hi - Thanks for sharing your experience and giving us a chance help! We're disappointed to hear the decals are wearing off and apologize for this inconvenience. Please keep in mind when cleaning the control panel we recommend simply wiping with a a damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Using cleaning sprays, large amounts of soap and water, abrasives or sharp objects on the control panel can damage it. Some paper towels can also scratch the control panel. If you need to make a warranty claim, you can call GE Appliances at 1-800-432-2737. Please have the model number and serial number available. We hope this helps. Thanks! - Sharon@GEA

Hard to see numbers

This is a good microwave. It works fine. The lighted numbers where the clock and time remaining is on the microwave is so dark it very hard to see. I got ahold of the GE. They said there is no way to make the numbers any brighter. They said we hope this is not an inconvenience for you. Well it is.

Works fine, but the stainless on the outside and the button is full of fingerprints. Hard to get a photo of this.
