I bought this a/c because it is compact. But it is also quieter and more efficient than the old one that is twice its size almost

This is something I should of purchased months or years ago. My small office was always hotter than any other room in the house and being an Amateur Radio operator using the gear always made it hotter. This unit is a godsend as it keeps the small room cool and comfortable. It comes with a window insert that I went "Tool Time" on and used extra insulation, wood and window locks to keep the insert secure, airtight and waterproof. Works great, now the wife wants one for her horses tack room!

Easy setup and operation. Solid unit that cools effectively with multiple speed fan.

I like this because I have a small room that I want to cool down and it’s perfect. It throws off a lot of cold air. It small read the measurements but perfect.

This GE Portable AC does keep the room cooler. The room is the last on the Central AC ducting and on the South West corner of my S Fla home and has always been 3 to 5 degrees hotter then the rest of the house, at 77 or 78 degrees. The Portable AC only keeps the room below 81 degrees if its set to 76 and then keeps the room at 77 to 80 degrees, with the door open or shut and the Blackout Curtains always closed. Its doing the job I wanted but isn't entirely accurate and have yet to see what the electric bill will be. If this wasn't such a hot summer and I didn't mind the rest of the house being to cold, I would return it and work only with Central AC but I will keep it, hoping that the Electric bill will be less then dropping the Central temp and making the whole house colder.

Does what it advertises. The instructions were a little vague in parts but it was fairly easy to assemble

This is good for a small room and you also have the choice of low and high air to come out it cools the whole room! Must buy!

So far everything works as advertised. It was easy to set up and there have been no issues. Love it!

This portable AC works wonderfully. Easy to install and can last all day. Definitely recommend the product fitting for a studio.

I researched portable AC units and finally chose this one, which I purchased as a NEW unit. My FIRST red flag was the shipping notice I received stating it was enroute from the RETURN CENTER! When it was delivered, the box was banged up and it had obviously been retaped closed. Unboxed it and found the instruction manual. I saw it was missing the hose adapter and part of the window kit. I had to rebox it and wrestle it out to my car, drive to BestBuy, and maneuver it into the store. NOT EASY for a 70 year-old. Miserable experience. I am NOT happy with BestBuy!!!

Works ok. I do need a fan to blow the cool air to the end of the room.

Keeps my new windows from being damaged by window installation of a window air conditioner, so this product was perfect and easy to store
