So far, we love our new fridge. This replaced a previous GE refrigerator we had for 18 years. Only have it for 3 weeks and we can easily see everything in it.

If you want smudge proof luxury style, the you've found it! The cabinet depth has more than enough room and fits the space you need. Bottom pull out fridge can hold a ton. Great looking fridge.

I miss a current temperature display. Otherwise a very good product that fit my space.

not use to the water and ice on frig. Do not like how it takes up so much room

From the moment of purchase to the end of installation all was extremely smooth. Staff was friendly, very accommodating and professional.

Freezer design needs improvement. Upper rack in freezer gets off track too easy and freezer has too much frost.

Sad to say this GE refrigerator is a dud. I purchased in 2017 and had to replace bottom freezer element in 2022 for over 750.00+, and now ice is in the deli drawer. They don't make refrigerators like they used to.

I never post reviews but felt compelled to let the world know that this refrigerator only looks good but is cheap and poorly designed otherwise. The ice/water dispenser is so poorly designed that it sprays water everywhere but the my glass or water bottle. When the doors open and close water leaks out of dispenser. The ice shoots out all over the place. I'm am constantly trying to find ways to hold my water bottle or glass close enough so that the water does not spray out. Seriously GE! I just don't understand how this could have passed through quality control.

Admittedly, I don't usually write reviews. I read my share of them and try to do my research before buying, but I usually don't get around to writing my own reviews after my purchase. We read reviews on this refrigerator before we bought it and tried to ignore some of the negative ones (we were warned about the noise it makes) because we loved the look of the finish so much. I'm taking the time to write this because I feel compelled to reach out to my fellow human beings and warn them about this appliance. My husband and I just finished a $55,000 remodel of our kitchen and main floor gathering space. We put in three GE slate appliances (so glad we kept our KitchenAid dishwasher as it turns out to be the only well-made appliance in the lot.) This refrigerator runs like a lumber wagon. Sure it looks good on the outside but everything else about it screams cheap. The freezer is clunky and the doors and inserts are flimsy. The ice/water dispenser is extremely poorly designed. Beginning with the crazy noises the thing makes while it's creating ice, to the poorly-placed water dispenser spout (always get water on the floor, no matter what size glass one uses) to the ice that shoots out like a meteor shower and either splashes everything out of your chosen vessel or bounces out of an empty glass and is discovered in melted puddles hours later (think: Frosty the Snowman in the greenhouse.) The other day I woke up to discover the contents of the refrigerator had frozen overnight (yay, I just bought tons of produce the day before) due to something up against the back wall. We've had this refrigerator since August and I hate it more everyday. I'm thinking the other, better reviews were posted by people that have only had this appliance for a short time. My mother bought a Samsung last year and you wouldn't believe the difference in quality and sturdiness. It's like comparing an iPhone to two cups and a string.
