I have geek squad protection; thus, it will be repaired. However, that service so far has been poor as well. I waited on the phone 30 minutes to get an appointment only to have my call dropped. I finally used the online chat to get the appt and it is two weeks out for them to just come inspect the problem. GE is no longer a good appliance in general since Haier (Chinese company) bought them. Best Buy is not demonstrating they are a good service company any more either given my lackluster experience with Geek Squad so far.

Not buying any more GE products

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was willing to spend $800 thinking I would get a long-lasting dishwasher from a reputable manufacturer. I should not have to pay extra for Geek Squad protection for a reliable product. However, I have owned this for less than two years now and the drain pump has failed due to a manufacturing defect. The GE warranty was only for 1 year. But GE has no technicians in my area to service it anyway. The replacement part is $155 and requires a special order that will likely be delayed because of COVID. No more GE appliance purchases from me.

nice dishwasher

When we went to put it in there were bent flanges and all the feet were bent, nothing that a pliers wouldn't fix, but it was definitely not something you would hope to see on a fancy dishwasher.
