This dishwasher is amazing and almost silent. Highly recommended.

We have had this dishwasher for less than 8 weeks and the pump broke. Called GE to fix it, tech came out said he didn't have the pump would come the next day. The next day he calls and says the pump is on backorder with NO ETA for when it will be available and I need to call GE directly. They cannot help at all and say it will be 24-48 hours to see if they can find the part, then I will have to wait for it to be installed. Meanwhile, I have nine children and no dishwasher, when I just spent $900 on one. GE will not provide any answers on what happens if they can't find the part, they can't transfer us to a manager, they can't escalate the problem. When I mentioned that I have zero faith in this product if it is breaking so frequently that there are no pumps available for it anywhere, and that I would like a different model, they also refused. I called Best Buy, convinced they will help us. We did after all just purchase this 60 days ago, apparently we are out of our return window by 15 days because the window starts from the day of PURCHASE not the day of INSTALL. And we wasted another few days trying to fix it directly with GE first. Read the bad reviews, they all seem to have to do with the pump and everyone says how horrible the customer service is. Beyond frustrated at both companies, including Best Buy for not stepping up and getting involved on our behalf.

We loved this dishwasher for about 20 days...then it stopped working. The lights don't come on at all. We checked all the obvious things i.e cirbut breaker, plug, etc and nope, nothing. What makes me even more annoyed is that I looked up the manual and there is nothing in there for when the lights don't come on...ugh!

This keeps tripping my breaker box when it enters the drying setting. I’ve had 2 electricians look my electrical panels and it’s a problem with the appliance and not the wiring. It is less than 3 years old and won’t run a complete cycle. I won’t buy another GE.

Fixing my first issue after 4 5 years of having it. Id day that pretty good. About to order a replacement part.

Have been using this washer for less than 5 years. Today I was told it has died and we need to purchase a new one. Not a happy customer and would not recommend this product at all!

GE is really pushing it. Every few years they make their appliances with cheaper materials. This dishwasher has the lightest door I have ever seen on a dishwasher, I know this isn't an upgrade. This Dishwasher is replacing a Whirlpool that lasted about 2-1/2 years. Somehow I think this one won't last as long. Do yourself a favor and steer clear.

We bought this along with other GE appliances for our newly renovated house. Within a few weeks from installation we discovered it had been slowly leaking into our floors ruining the new hardwood, requiring them to be taken up. We have a GE warranty service scheduled for this week (took a week just to have first visit)--will update but I'm not hopeful given experience so far. If they don't replace I'm tempted to just go back to another brand. Even if we get a replacement, I'll be nervous about the GE quality given this start and the very expensive problems it's caused.

I bought this dishwasher because of good reviews and the features but when we do dishes it doesnt quite clean well. I had a 300$ dishwasher and it was fantastic. doesnt worth the money.

Honestly, this dishwasher is no good. We purchased Best Buy geek squad for 4 years, and it was very fortunate that they did. They were at the residence 5 times to fix issues out of our control and from normal use. DO NOT BUY!
