I bought the matching refrigerator last year and after my prior stove went kaput this year I figured I loved this Artistry line so much....I best stick with it. I've had it for 3 months now and it's exactly what I want for the following reasons: 1) Gas Cooking - My previous stove was all electric and after getting this, I've realize how much better it is to cook with gas. 2) The look - it's retro and classic and exactly my style 3) The simplicity - If you're looking for modern bells and whistles...don't get this. It doesn't have a timer or fancy temp gauge....but that's exactly what I like about it. The less gadgets, the less things that can break. I'm crossing my fingers this stove will last me a good amount of time....but for now this works like a charm.

However, we have an over the range microwave that serves this need well. For the price, syle and simplicity, it's an easy recommendation.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using this for one week and already somehow there is a spot where the enamel has been scratched off. I purchased the white one so now there is a black ugly spot on the top. I can't believe this could happen to a brand new stove. I use le creuset cookware and this never happened to my old stove. Also, the clock gears are so loud I can hear them in the next room. It was beautiful, and I was so happy when it was delivered. Now i just have regrets for buying a cheap product.
