This ge cafe refrigerator has all the bells and whistles. My wife loves the kurig pod dispenser. Great lighting, fits perfect in our kitchen, video screen, easy controls.

Great Delivery Guys. They will be there if I need them and even told me to call em direct to avoid hassles if I had any questions or needed help understanding my machine rather than just having me sign off and leaving.

I was concerned about the quality of the freezer drawer after testing the model at the store, but once I got my refrigerator home, I found the drawer to be very sturdy. Great refrigerator so far!

We bought it thinking we can make coffee quick but it takes forever to warm water for coffee.

It's better than I had hoped for. The Keurig feature is nice when I don't need a whole pot of coffee, although the water is pretty slow to heat up.

We purchased the GE Café Series 22.2 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator with Keurig Brewing System in Black Slate back in 2018 as an open-box, floor model, and it has been exceptional. The sleek black slate finish adds a modern touch to our kitchen, and the integrated Keurig K-Cup Brewing System has made our mornings seamless. The spacious and well-organized interior accommodates all our groceries effortlessly. It maintains consistent temperatures, keeping our food fresh, and the freezer design is convenient and efficient. Despite being an open-box model, we have never experienced any issues. It operates quietly and is energy-efficient, making it a perfect fit for our home. This refrigerator has truly exceeded our expectations, combining style, functionality, and reliability. We highly recommend it for any modern kitchen.

Bought my refrigerator approx. two years ago. Ice dispenser failed 1 year and 2 days after warranty. The Keurig failed 30 days later. No relief from GE. Ours was an original model so perhaps they have improved design or quality control but spending the amount of cash (as well as matching appliances) I am extremely disappointed with GE's response to seemingly obvious quality issues. Plunking down the original price AND then a couple hundred for each additional repair is sort of disheartening. In any case, love the unit, disappointed in quality and GE response. Suggest that if you purchase, get the extended warranty. I didn't because I thought I was purchasing a quality made product. Live and learn.

I bought this on 7-20-17. Three weeks later I reported a defect with hardened insulation oozing out of the seals in a visible area at the front of the freezer door. I feel this hardened insulation that oozed out of the seal and dried LOOKS TERRIBLE. I paid over $3k for this top of the line GE appliance and am not satisfied with way this dried out hardened insulation looks in my kitchen. The sleek stainless steel appearance of this counter depth refrigerator is spoiled by this defect. Here is what the GE case manager wrote me: " I understand you are upset about the appearance of the unit but as I said it is not causing a functioning issues with the appliance and the warranty of the unit is for functioning issues only...At this time we have no further options for you." I am appalled that GE is blowing me off.

Decent refrigerator when it’s working properly. In one year, the touch screen has stopped working so I have been unable to use the fancy features. Do I want to pay hundreds of dollars to have that fixed after spending thousands on the refrigerator. Nope. Another six months later and the ice and water dispenser have stopped working. I called GE to try to get service for the touch screen and was told no one is able to service in my area. So one month out of warranty and nothing but problems. Could I have paid for an extended warranty? Sure. But inmade the mistake of thinking that GE is one of the top brands and tahr Cafe series was one of their top models. Not happy!

My Keurig system blow on me onthe 2nd use. Poor customer service. Do not buy this. Spend your money on another appliance. Waiting for GE to respond
