We had to have Geek Squad come out to fix refrigerator after only have it for 5 days because it was making so much noise. They came out and thought it best to replace the refrigerator because I was within the first 7 days and could still exchange it under the exchange policy. We got another refrigerator and it seems to be working properly now. The exchange process was a little confusing and took a while to get the new one though.

Nice refrigerator but the door where the ice comes out does not have white light like in picture advertised. It’s a green light. New GE products are going to the white light for clock, numbers, etc.

I love the way it was easy to set up and looks good in our kitchen. Having the entire bottom for a freezer with a sliding shelf is great.

This is the worst refrigerator on the market. Do not get this item. The doors do not close properly. GE is not making good products at this moment. Had 5 returned.

We are so glad we selected this Refrigerator. It matches all of our other appliances, it's efficient, and the water filtering system is great!

After having to return a defective Samsung, this has been a trouble-free relief.

Great buy! Worth the money . Bought a lesser expensive Frigidaire and that paled in comparison . Made strange noises,super loud and the drawers didn't open smoothly . This one does none of those things . Great refrigerator . Highly recommend .

I have had this refrigerator for 1 month now - replacing another GE profile I had since 1997. Design issue 1 - the ice machine does not go all the way into the back - so stray ice cubes continually fall down into the freezer area. The second poor design feature is the bottom tray in the refrigerator section. It continually "sticks" due to it not being able to support the weight once items are put in it. This could have been avoided IF the tray had longer supports OR the bottom front section was deeper so as to rest on the bottom of the refrigerator. I am sure I will have to replace this tray at some point due to its poor design/function. The 3rd design feature issue is the front display area - it is difficult to read unless fill lighting is on and it also "beeps" every time you change an option - such as going from water to ice. Neither bodes well if trying to use at night without waking up the whole house. On the plus side it keeps the exact temperatures you set for freezer/refrigerator and the interior lighting is excellent.

The inside of the fridge is made of cheap flimsy plastic. I had to replace the bottom drawer and a door shelf. Another shelf cracked. I am not impressed at all
