It must have been that Arizona desert dust storm but my expensive lens stopped working. So glad I got the protection plan because they simply replaced my lens !!! Thanks Best Buy !!!

My previos camera from best buy had the 3 year protection on lenses and camera. I Had trouble with both camera and lens' and Geek squad worked with mw to get it resolved.

I feel very comfortable having this extra protection since my camera is used extensively outside.
