I had a previous smartwatch (Apple Series 3 38mm) since 2022 , and it was time to upgrade. I wasn’t planned on getting this one, but I’m so glad that I did. The screen is a lot bigger than my previous watch and the battery life is a lot longer. I like the features on this watch and it so modern. I wear this watch when I’m at the gym or anywhere else with the exception of work.

The ad said refurbished, the price was what you would expect for a refurbished item but I can tell you, this watch looked brand new! This watch has all the features that I will need and I could not see buying the latest and greatest Series 11 just to say that it is the newest watch. Doo yourself (and your wallet) a favor and consider a refurbished product. Those Geek guys do an excellent job at polishing up the watch. I don't think it even had a fingerprint on it. I did add a protective cover on the watch because my old watch bit the dust after the screen cracked and then somehow got torn off the watch when I was running some tree branches through my wood chipper!!

Watch was ok but it shipped with cheap third party band, reducing the value of the watch already by $50. I had to buy a new band as the best buy customer service was useless. The online customer service promised a credit for the value of the band, and asked me to go to the store. but the store associates did not honor it in store. I spoke to three different associates who really did not know what thet were doing. But they all were unempathetic and were not helpful at all. I could have bought a new watch instead with what I actually ended up paying for the refurbished watch.
