The Apple Watch is very durable. It fits perfectly on wrist. Battery doesn’t last long. It good for exercise and sleeping.

The watch came, but the band is completely wrong. They send a rubber band that comes with the standard watch and it looks terrible.

I expect a little wear and tear but this watch was deeply scratched and dented. I wish they would rate them the way they rate their open box models. The bands were are also difficult to get on and off.

My honest review of this was I purchased this at a little over $400. I expected a few dings and dents and maybe a scratch or two on the screen. When I opened the box I was surprised at how flawless the watch watch. Was it fresh out the box brand new? No, but it looked as if someone just touched it, set it down and never touched it again. Highly recommend as I’m wildly impressed at the price AND condition this watch came in.

Love the watch, does everything I need and want. As with everyone, wish the battery life was longer but you know that going in.

Never ever ever order anything from this terrible company. I ordered this watch but with the small band option and received a large band which is too large and my watch is not wearable. Simple fix right? Nope! They cannot send a new band only a whole new exchange. Ok no problem I set up the exchange and thought the problem was solved. They canceled the exchange without any notification at all, I only found out when I contacted customer service to see the status of the delivery. Now they tell that exchange was not approved (what?!) and the only option is too return for a full refund. When I asked if they can just send me a new band especially after all my inconvenience I was told they don't have option to do that which is total BS. To add to all that I already traded in my old watch and all they can offer is a gift card. To top it all off when I asked the customer service rep to end the chat so I can email myself the transcript they "interrupted" the chat which caused an error so l did not have the option for the transcript. To sum it all up 4 times contacting customer service, 1 trip the local Best Buy, hours wasted of my time getting the running around and dealing with shad) reps only to be stuck with something I did not order and cannot use.

Great watch for the money. Everything functions as it should and there are no scratches.

Size is perfect- very functional- looking sleek and beautiful

It’s Apple, of course it’s good. I use this just for my workouts and replaced the previous model with it. Does everything I need at the moment I would highly recommend it.

Received the wrong item. My ordered case was submitted and was never followed upon. Really bad service.
