I own all three of them. They work wonders and it is packable. No issues so far. Love that they keep you up to date on the updates on the items. Really cool.

I love the Chromecast Audio. I'm able to sync it with other Chromecast devices such as Google Home so all play the same song at the same time.

Instead of upgrading your audiophile grade equipment, you can add a chromecast audio to fulfill your streaming and smart audio needs. It works great with your phone, spotify, amazon music, and other services. It also has the capacity to group your chromecast audio and chromecast hdmi to listen to the same music in different rooms at once!

I no longer have range problems in my home. Bluetooth receivers are blocked by walls, chromecast is not. Love it with my existing equipment!

Bought this to hook up to an older receiver that plays music outdoors on our patio. So easy to hook up and pair with any phone. Only draw back is I can't listen to my iTunes library and I refuse to pay for Spotify premium so that won't work either but pandora is great and now I can be anywhere in my house or outside and change the music and not worry about Bluetooth!

I purchase this item so that i could cast music from my phone or tablet without turning on the television. It works great i am streaming wirelessly without bluetooth. wich means no interruptions with notices and calls, plus doent drain my batteries as much as if i was using bluetooth. the on thing i had to get a optical cable too hook it up to my receiver, other than that it works flawless. Highly recommend this product.

I purchased this to see if this works with my Synology disk station. It does recognize my DS Audio app and it streams from disk station without issues. Now I don't have to spend a lot on streaming players to be able to stream from my disk station. Hope google doesn't collect data from my network and display ads in future. Other than that, chrome cast is a fine product.

I purchased the Chromecast audio because I wanted to to play my google home through a better speaker. While I can easily set the Chromecast audio as a default speaker to play music from Google Home, for some reason it doesn't have complete functionality. For example, when using Chromecast audio as the default speaker for my home, I can't adjust the volume with my voice. It also for some reason doesn't answer my questions through the Chromecast audio speaker. For example, I say "Hey Google, play Slayer" and I hear great quality heavy metal riffs coming from the awesome speaker hooked up to my Chromecast audio. Then as I'm listening, I ask "Hey google, what's the weather?" and even though the Chromecast audio is the default speaker, it does not interrupt the music and tell me the answer through my chromecast audio speaker. Instead, it quietly tells me the weather while Slayer is blaring in the foreground. For most uses, the Chromecast audio is great, and while it does function with google home, I really wish it functioned more as a way to completely replace google home's speaker.

Casting works extremely well with limited buffering. Once the multi-room functionality is enabled this will be an even better purchase, but even without it, its worth it now.

Very cool idea that I could turn any speaker into a bluetooth/wireless speaker even if it was one that plugs into a wall outlet. However, the Chromecast device has to be connected at all times to a power source. It works very well and was extremely easy to set up once I downloaded the app. However, my application was one where power is not available and therefore this device did not work for me at all. I returned it.

I am able to connect my blue tooth devices through the Chrome Audio Cast to 1 1974 Sony Receiver and play through my Bose 201 speakers.

Easy to setup and install, works great and stable. Works flawlessy with my Galaxy 6 using google music. Haven't tried other music systems or phones.

Yes, anything that stream over the internet will lose some of its quality, but for easy listening it is very convenient and this will expand your collection for your HiFi.

I use 3 of these in conjunction with my Sonos amp to pump music throughout my house. It stitches together multiple systems of various manufactures and quality including an Onkyo high end amp and a Sony medium end amp......and of course my network of Sonos speakers. I will say in advance, you need a very robust wifi network to make this work well. As a cord-cutter 4yrs in I've beefed up my network to handle the load of streaming HD video and music.....but I still have issues when everyone goes to town and 4 Tvs are streaming content.....I experience some dropout while I'm listening to music also. I highly recommend this product to anyone who likes music and already have multiple rigs they want to keep!

These work great with Google Home products to distribute music throughout your home. Your music device (1970's home stereo to portable bluetooth speaker) doesn't have to support Google Assistant itself as this product handles that. Great thing is is you can have music in every room playing the same song in perfect sync.

I recently purchased a Marshall Stanmore and I wanted to be able to use it for casting music because Bluetooth consumes battery. The Chromecast Audio does the job well! It works seamlessly with my Google Home and phone. I also like that I can control my music (Spotify) while I'm on my desktop. I'll look into adding more of these around the house.

Perfect little device to make my old speaker in to a smart one. Google knocked it out the park with this tiny little puck, not to mention it is extremely affordable. Syncing audio throughout multiple devices will give you a full house of music for parties which is a nice little tough. Has worked flawlessly with my google home as well. Highly recommended!
