As with all chromecast products, they continue to get better as they add more and more services that 'cast' to the product line. Set up is as easy as going to google on your mobile device and entering 'setup my device', and you're done in 3 minutes. Works as advertised!

Chromecast shares the tab on the TV. Though there is a 1 sec delay between the laptop and TV. Still it is good.

Designed to bring streaming music to pre hi-fi/Bluetooth amps. It does this seamlessly. Loved that one unit syncs with another or several--can set up independently, in groupings, or an entirety. Does not amplify. Had to buy an amplifier, regretted returning, as amp will handle streaming.

I got this because I just received my Google Home Mini and I wanted it to play through my surround sound speakers.

Great little device. Can use multiple chromecast audios around the house to create a "sonos-like" experience. By this I mean, using your existing speakers to all connect and play throughout the house. Really easy to sync up with the app and assign to specific rooms.

I already had a Chromecast, but the Chromecast Audio was a great solution for the stereo in the basement. Linking the Chromecast Audio and the Google Home together into a speaker-group which enabled synchronized streaming to a set of speakers in different parts of the house. Cool solution, very easy to operate and manage.

I have Google Home and I bought this Chromecast Audio to connect to my receiver to play music on my audio system throughout the condo (multi-zone). Google Home connects to this device every time without a problem. Being able to ask Google to play music on my receiver it's definitely better than having to use a remote, particularly when doing things around the house or while having dinner. I'm giving this three stars because while Google Home works great with this device, the Google Play app does not. The app doesn't always connects and it's pretty frustrating. Some times I like to browse through stations on the app but then I find something I 'd like to hear and the app doesn't connect to the Chromecast; that annoys me a lot. I would recommend to a friend with the disclaimer that the app may not always work while Google Home does.

I dont have the money to commit to a large spearker buy for the house and for the front room. I use 2 of these and my Google Home speaker to emit music throughout the house so that i am always in earshot. Any speaker but your cellphone speaker is better so use this and complete a full house music experience on the cheap.

Turns your old faithful speakers into an updated sounds system. The best product ever. Google does it again.

I like the Chromecast audio. It works great and has versatile functionality that allows me to do many things with it. Currently it's connected to my Sonos speaker so that I can cast audio from my iphone to my Sonos system. Easy to setup and works well. Never had any issues.

Great way to turn an existing speaker into one with Chromecast, allowing you to stream music through it. Really easy to setup through the app, like all Chromecast/Google Home product. Unfortunately, it was discontinued, and they are much more expensive if you can manage to find one.

After researching and deciding to purchase the Chromecast Audio, I am very happy with the results. Although it did seem to take quiet a bit of time to get it setup on my network. Sounds great & have already recommended it to friends.

I wanted better sound for music from my tablet without hooking up speakers directly to the tablet--so, precisely what Chromecast Audio is made for. It practically sets itself up--no problems at all. If your music player is Chromecast Audio enabled--which a bunch are, then it works great.

I bought this to get connect to a stereo. The blutooth on my stereo had an inconsistent connection and would cut out frequently. It's easy to setup and easy to connect to. This little thing completely alleviated my music problems and now I can party all night long with consistent music!

If you are wanting to play audio from your computer, iPhone, android or any other compatible device to your stereo without plugging up an AUX cable your having to stand within Bluetooth range, this is a great solution. Works great and can play audio on multiple devices at the same time.

This Google product is better than the more expensive Sonos system. Gives great flexibility and enjoyment!

This product is excellent. The quality is good. I like it very much.

This is a great way to stream music all over your house with no delays or echo. It is very small and inexpensive. I use three of them throughout my house. All controlled with my Google Home. I can just tell Google home to play any song on any or all locations and voila, it is there.

I picked up a few of these to connect to small portable speakers around the home & office. I love that you can configure them to cast to an individual Chromecast Audio, or include multiple Chromecast Audio devices in groups. A reasonably priced solution to have tunes through out the house.

Great for giving a new life to my cd / turner. Otherwise, it is just sitting in my bedroom.
