I connected this to my old surround sound system to stream some music to it, and it works as advertised. I haven't had any issues with it. I used to use an old cell phone to do what I do with this, this is way easier.

We have the Google Cast Audio connected to our sound bar. It's a great way to just play some music without having to turn anything else on. Plays from any phone without any hassle.

I had an older receiver from 2002 no HDMI and no Bluetooth and this product save me hundreds of dollars from having to buy a new receiver work well with WiFi with the older receiver.

Does not work with Apple Music unfortunately!!!!!!

I bought this item because it was on sale and included a $10 gift card. It's limited in what it can do. You have to use a very limited selection of apps (Pandora and a couple of others for iPhone people). It's a cheap way to get wireless functionality for playing music but it's not great.

easy to install. after recent google home updates everything runs smoothly. cast any audio to old receiver or powered speakers. Highly recommended, bought another one.

I already own the original Chromecast (which works great with my Android phone for streaming videos), but I also wanted to be able to stream music while watching TV. This does the trick!

My wife and I had a family cook out and we wanted the same music to play in multiple rooms, We also didn't want to spend alot, hence the Chromecast Audio. Was an easy set up and works great.

Purchased this to stream music through my Samsung soundbar accessory jack. Controlling it with Google home, this works great. Similar to a Bluetooth receiver but controllable with home.

This does what expensive Bluetooth equipment does for a fraction of the cost. No need to discard old receivers, just add this chromecast audio and it ready for Bluetooth.

If you have great speakers but cannot link them together, this little purchase can link your speakers together for a Sonos type experience on the cheap!

This product makes streaming music in the house really easy. I bought this and paired it with my speakers and have a better sound system and one that's much cheaper than going the Sonos route

So easy a caveman could do it. This works great and my wife and kids could set this up if they need to move system components or add one of their own devices. Great sound, no lag on my system!

This is great. I can now use pandora and Spotify on my old school home sound system. It’s a breath of new life into a awesome sound system that was dying a slow premature death

For casual listeners and audiophiles alike this is an excellent device. The sound quality is top notch and none of the drawbacks of Bluetooth. Needs a few more app support though e.g. Amazon prime music

Hooked this on my old iPod speaker/charger that I don't use anymore and now my sons can listen to classical music when sleeping. Made my house have a surround sound with all of the speakers

You can use the chromecast audio to turn any speaker into a wifi speaker. Supports all google cast enabled applications. Can be paired with multiple chromecast audios for multiroom support.
