Awesome way to revive and older pair of powered speakers. Setup in my garage and can connect to it and stream music. Love it.

I purchased this to hook into my whole home distributed audio system. It's worked great for streaming audio from Pandora, Google Play, Youtube, etc. My one complaint would be this device will not work with a Free Spotify account. To stream from Spotify, it's required you have a Premium plan. The work around is to use the Google Home application and stream your entire device's audio to the Chromecast Audio. I personally just have a spare tablet that I stream Spotify from, so it's not constantly getting notifications and other sounds. It works great.

If you are deep in the Google ecosystem, this item is a must-have. I have Chromecast, Chromecast Audio, and Google Home Mini. I love the voice assistant feature. I just tell the home mini to play (skip, pause, etc.) music from my google music, Pandora, or Spotify (default) on Chromcast audio. The home group play function is also a great feature. NOTE: Spotify premium is required to stream via wifi. I was a little disappointed at Google for not including the Bluetooth functionality to home mini but this solved the problem.

This is relatively easy to set up within the Google Home app. If there is a problem, sometimes deleting the group and redoing the group is best.

I have a Google home and this compliments Google home in a way that I feel like I have a sonos type setup when hooking this up to a soundbar

I must have for better quality audio over Bluetooth. The main reason I bought this it's for the better sound quality streaming to my receiver.

It works wonderful with Google Home. Adds so much power and sound to streaming music. Highly recommended. You will not be Disappointed

I hooked this thing up with an rca to 3.5mm cable to my old stereo receiver. It works great with the google home ecosystem!

We purchased the Chromecast audio so we could have multiple room audio. When we have parties at our home, it is nice to have the music throughout the home. On our patio in the back, in the dance room, as well as the movie theater, the bathrooms and other rooms. With the number of people that end up at our home the music flows from room to room and ends up making for a great night! What is nice is that we can chose the whole house, or specific areas that are group together to get just the right ambiance for where we are in our home. Thanks Google!

I love the simplicity of this device! I hooked it up via mini-toslink cable purchased separately, and you can't even see it behind my receiver.

Works really well! Allows you to cheaply and easily turn any speakers into Bluetooth speakers. Frees up your phone as well. A little expensive for what it is.

I pair these with cheap amps all over the house, the connect, they have good audio, what more do you need?
