We got this so we could have music stream from our Google Home to a stereo. It works great and does exactly what we need it to do!

I love this little dongle. I plugged it into my home stereo system using RCA cable (not included) and it works like a charm. NOTE: You won't be able to crossfade tracks using Spotify on this device, but that isn't a big deal for me. I use a white noise track from time to time and would prefer to blend it together seamlessly, but I find this is better for motivational music while working/studying. It can also serve as a way to cast sound from your phone if you are watching a movie.

Great device at a great price ! I would highly recommend it if it serves your needs.

I have used Chromecast for video casting and the Chromecast Audio device works equally as well. A great addition to my media choices.

I use Chromecast audio all around the house. There's one connected to my home theater system, one on a tower speaker on the back porch, one on a sound bar mounted under the kitchen cabinets and another connected to a smaller speaker in my bedroom. All speakers can play the same music, or different tunes for different rooms. Lose one star because you need a third party app to play your personal music library. But it's great for Pandora or iHeartRadio.

This item was used to stream Spotify to a multiroom amplifier.

Range and quality are much better than bluetooth. Even apps that don't have a "cast" button can be casted thru the chromecast app.

We have multiple Chromecast Audio's to control different areas of our house. Have 3 total and they all work great!

Easy to cast audio to multiple existing speakers without upgrading to new Bluetooth devices. I wish Alexa paired with them.

Now I can can tell my google homes to cast directly to my sound bar. Big sound all on voice control. Works wonderfully.

Affordable device to cast music to other rooms in high quality. Depending on how you connect to the chromecast you may have a delay.

As the title says, this is convenient and very easy to use. This is an excellent accessory to incorporate with the Google Home.

This product works as described and is very easy to setup. Best of all it lets you use any speaking with an audio in port.

Even though this device is priced right, I wish google would leave it a bit more open and possibly support apples airplay. maybe in a perfect world.

I bought an expensive soundbar that wasn't WIFI so I bought the google audio and hooked it up to creat a WIFI soundbar

Easy to use and affordable. Linked 4 rooms and outdoor speakers. Can control the volume and music independently from my phone.

So easy to set up -- really enjoy using it. Had to use online instructions as the instructions in the box really didn't help.

We use this to cast music to our outdoor speakers and it works great for parties and bbq's in the summer

I had a decent set of old speakers and revitalized them with this. Now i can get some use out of those old speakers once again.
