Just what I need it for a oldet stereo to be able to stream Pandora throughout the house works off of Wi-Fi so controls anywhere within the house definitely worth the money

This is a no brainer to add to an older audio product that has audio in. It's nice to turn older products into new again and Chromecast is great. Now I can stream my songs from my phone/tablet to my old audio device.

Take your music quality up a notch without spending big bucks. Big improvement over Bluetooth as this uses WiFi connection. Digital analog converter built in. Can also be used with optical cable.

I had a couple of speakers that were lying around the house which I was able to re-purpose with this device. Setup using the Google Chromecast app was easy. I especially like the groups you can create.

I had an old Bose speaker which I was thinking about replacing because it was only Bluetooth. For $35 now I have an excellent wifi speaker. Works great with my google home as well.

Plugged this into my Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth Speaker II. Only drawback is the that the Chromecast Audio has to be plugged into a wall outlet for power. So that kills the portability of the Bose speaker. Bummer!

My only wish would be that the regular chromecast would allow for grouping into rooms like the chromecast audio does. It's unfortunate to have to have a separate dongle for that.

This makes your TV an awesome smart speaker! And it can display video. The value for price is great. Love using Spotify with this chromecast. No lag!

I have the regular google chromecast and wanted something for music for my main room. This is small and works well with android on my phone. I love the ability to cast things to my speaker setup.

Great product.. no longer available.. provides the audio streaming capability to any sound system for a fraction of the cost of other alternatives.

Finally a Google product that I love! Bought tree of these to do a cost effective while house audio solution and it works great! Only issue seems to be Spotify keeps dropping but other music providers work flawlessly.

If you have an android device it will work well for you. It is limited on what it can do with apple products but of course it is a google product so I wouldn’t expect it to be limitless with apple.

I have like 5 of this, connect to speakers in different rooms. And play the music through google home in every room in my house. I enjoy walking every room with the same music playing.

Excellent inter-connectivity with my other google products, and transformed some old "dumb" speakers into a pretty impressive whole home audio system for minimal cost.

Works perfectly with my existing speakers. I bought 2 to start off with and paired them to work with my Google Home. Absolutely zero delay in audio streaming from speaker to speaker.

This is a good product. Not being super technical I haven't figured out why I need this (it was part of the purchase pkg.) say vs. Wifi or Bluetooth. Sound quality is good enough but not great at high levels!!

Good quality, well thought out interface in Google home but occasionally cuts out despite strong wifi and multi room cast groups sometimes don't show up until the app (Spotify or Google Play Music) is restarted.

I like that I can listen to music from my phone in my bose system without having to hook up my phone physically. It can have its own music from Pandora or Spotify so it makes it convenient.

I plugged this into an older home theater in a box receiver I had laying around, hooked up some speakers and now have wirelessly controlled music in my family room.

This allows us to set us speakers throughout the house for a multi room experience. At $35 bucks each speaker that makes Sonos foolish. It is awesome, syncs perfectly, and so much cheaper.
