Don't know any usage which can't be achieved using by chrome cast & can't be achieved using roku/firestick.

Easy Setup, Great Price

This version uses a separate power supply unlike the original that used an available USB port on the TV to power it. So you may want to get an short USB to Micro USB cord if you don't want another power cable running behind your tv.
