    I bought this so that I wouldn't have to hookup my laptop to my TV every time I wanted to watch a movie online. Now, I can pull it up on my phone and then cast it to my TV. I've also used it to watch HULU. Other than that, haven't really used it a lot; not sure what else I can do with it, if anything else. Handy device to have on hand, though.

    I have 2 original Chromecast devices that have worked flawlessly for about 2-3 years. For $30 ( often on sale ) it is definitely a best buy among other streaming options. New device ( design ) provides better wifi connection and it is worth every dime. If you have 4k TV, 4k version of Chromecast is being announced so it may be worth of wait .
