    I love this chromecast. I hooked it up to my Android phone running off my data, which could be a problem if you don't have unlimited. I can take my chromecast anywhere and enjoy without having to reconnect to another wifI. Signed up for Hulu and Netflix, cancelled Internet and cable. Works great for me single household.

    It made my ordinary LED TV a smart LED TV. It could connect my Android mobile and Windows laptop to my TV but only after some initial 2 hours technical intensive setup. But after initial connection setup, subsequently it could connect my mobile and my laptop to TV instantaneously.

    I have 1st generation when google released their chromecast. we have 2 TVs and sometimes my father wants to watch and my daughter wants to watch at same time. so i bought another one. it connects and stream no problem just like 1st generation. however i don't like this new model just dangling out side at my TV.

    This is a handy little device to be able to throw pictures and videos from your chrome browser and phone to your big tv. It's been great for my dad who has some visual impairment issues and can't really see things very well from a computer size screen. Now we can share all our family pictures and favorite videos with him and he is able to better see them. I think the price is great for the technology

    Resolution with the Chromecast on our new HD ULED TV is significantly poorer than all other sources on the TV. Picture with Netflix is fuzzy although tuning in Netflix directly on the smart TV is crystal clear. Our other TV/Chromecast combination (earlier Chromcast version) is much better. Would not purchase again.
