Work very well and easy to use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My TVs aren't Smart TVs, so the Chromecast has been a great way to see things from the Internet (Netflix, YouTube, photos, etc) that I can bring up on my Smartphone or tablet and cast to my TVs. Installation was quick and easy. Very happy with them. They give added function to my TVs.

Quick installation and works well

Installation was quick, initially there were saying my chrome was not able to Conner to my sceptee TV but it resolved by itself in another 10 mins. May be resetting the modem did help me. Go for this great product.

Great for streaming on a non smart tv

Only real problem I have with it is that it requires a WiFi connection to work. I would prefer if it was able to simply connect to my device as I have terrible internet service in my area so often it is a useless chunk of plastic. Great for all of you guys with plenty of high speed internet service

Just streaming

Without a cell phone I wouldn’t be able to do nothing, I prefer the firetv. But other than that, it makes your tv smart by using all the apps that allow streaming in your phone like chrome or Netflix

Chromecast is great!

My only complaint is the lack of being able to control Chromecast without the phone or tablet. I wish there were the apps built into it, itself, so you could control it independently with a remote in addition to the phone or tablet.
