Was at buddy's house he had older version. So we were using and casting from Ipod /pad / samsung to view on large screen TV set. So i ordered one on way home picked up following day. Works great wifi hook up. So far flawless. Im a photographer so to cast photos to large screen and view is awesome.

I absolutely love my chrome cast. I hate that I have to give it away. I thought it was because I no longer had an Android that stopped me from mirroring. It helps to have one because I couldn’t connect my chromecast to certain things. Such as amazon prime video and the HBO go app. If it wasn’t for that I would continue to use it.

I purchased Chromchast 2nd gen to bring back to life a older LCD TV. Now I enjoy Hulu, Nexflix, Youtube and from any/all phones and tablets at home (yes win ph 10 included -- see tubecast). Google really figured out streaming. No need for separate controls, or boxes - left roku and never looked back.

casting is great and you can multi task on different tabs

I like it. It does what it suppose to do, make your t.v. a smart tv.

I plugged it into the available slot on my tv and it fired right up.

Chrome Cast is an excellent and affordable solution for home entertainment purposes. We parted ways with our cable company and have never looked back! Netflix, Hulu, HBO now, Pandora- a few apps that we stream from our iphones to the tv and surround sound system effortlessly. Highly recommended!

Ah inexpensive way to cast from your computer to a large flat TV screen.

You can quickly connect the Google chromecast and within minutes you can do what you normally could with a smart TV. I most use Netflix or as screen mirroring for watching movies on a bigger screen. Definitely a great option for when unable to buy a smart TV.

Good price for what it does went back and brought one for the kids

I really like this product. It helps when my nephews come over to entertain them by casting you tube videos onto large TV screen. I have been not able to do that until I bought this product. One of the sales force at Best Buy told me about it and helped me know how to set it up. Great product and great service from Best Buy. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.

This looks like it will be a nice fridge for a long time. Although it has only been running for 3 hours, it is already making ice. I was concerned that the initial settings wouldn’t support keeping ice cream frozen ... but, if it’s already making ice, it may be fine
