Great gift for anyone with a TV or projector

Everyone I have given one to has been amazed at how much they use it. its quick, has great signal strength, and awesome picture. as for the cons, It's not an upgrade to the first gen. the only difference is that its round. I actually prefer it it the old stick form factor.

Works with Galaxy Tab 2
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can cast Chromecast enabled apps using Samsung Galaxy Tab 2. You cannot cast whatever happens to be on the tablet's screen. Will not work on a guest network. Be sure to use primary network. Can pause but cannot rewind. If you have a newer Samsung TV you may be able to cast whatever is on the tablet screen directly to the TV without using a Chromecast.

A must buy!

Chromecast mirrors all my devices and never disappointing. I am a full time student and there are times I need a larger screen to display what I am doing on my laptop. I cast my screen to the TV and have 55' screen to work on! A must have.

Works most of the time

I don't know if it's my phone or the Comcast or the TV, but something has a brainfart every once in a while, and I've learned to respect that. But I love being able to watch whatever I want most of the time!!!

I am able to walk away,use other apps even recieve phone calls without any interruption all while watching a movie from my phone on my tv. Great product. Great travel tool. Great gift.
