Chromecast is a great device. We cut the cable and, with the Chromecast, have not looked back! Don't miss it at all. There's enough on YouTube to last several hundred (if not thousand) years!

I got this for myself and ended up going back and literally got 5 more, 2 for birthday presents and 3 for each TV I have, I can watch YouTube and Netflix and much more.

great, affordable add-on for modern tvs. plug this in, set up on ios or android, and "cast" netflix, youtube, hulu, etc! a definte must if you subscribe to streaming services!

Similar to amazon fire stick, but no remote included

I purchased this to use with my google home mini and it is amazing. It responds well to my voice commands and also allows me to turn my tv on and off without having to find the remote.

A very cost effective solution as compared to other streaming devices in the market. Though the unavailability of amazon prime is a sore point. I don't see this lacking behind apple tv on any point.

Love my Google Chromecast for watching my favorite sports teams. I no longer have to watch SEC playoffs on my phone. The blue tooth technology delivers a clear and vivid picture. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The cromecast is good if you have app in your phone.

My previous means of projecting my PC screen on a TV did not work well with Windows 10. The Google Chromecast, together with the Chrome browser, proved to be a perfect solution. Highly recommended.

Works great but would be nice if somehow it would work with Amazon Prime without duplicating screen but since Amazon has a similar competing device I think that won't happen. Still recommend it highly!

This is great for turning regular tv into one with “smart” functions. My main use is to cast videos from youtube from small phone screen or computer to the bigger tv screen.

I bought it to replace my old one since its HDMI port was broken. This new Chromecast design looks better than it previous generation as it requires less space for its HDMI port to connect to TV.

I bought the Chromecast as I was out of town and found myself needing to be able to access my Plex Server and Netflix. At home this device is pretty useless to me as I don't see the point in flinging content from one device to another. I already own another more capable streaming device for watching TV at home. However, on the road, this device is easy to carry in a bag and easy to plug in and use with your phone or tablet. The only downside is if you have a bad Wifi connection wherever you are staying. In one place I had great Wifi and the experience was good. The next place had terrible Wifi and the experience was bad. This isn't really the Chromecast's fault, but still something to be aware of.

I like the functionality of Chromecast compared to other devices like Roku and Firestick simply because it's an instantaneous stream from device to TV. Makes a great wedding gift as well for friends!

GREAT DESIGN, JUST THE THING I NEEDED FOR A SAMSUNG SMART TV THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN TO HAVE BLUETOOTH. I PLAN TO BUY ONE MORE FOR AN ADDITIONAL TV SINCE I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY THIS ONE WORKS.

I was recommended this because I didn't wish to get cable and it has worked for everything I wanted it to. It does so much I haven't even figured it all out yet. I would definitely recommend to someone.

Lacks horsepower and is a little quirky during setup

I have like 5 of these things and enjoy giving them to friends as gifts if they don't have one or never used one. There is nothing negative to say, these keep getting better as they update them.

I was pleasantly surprise it had an iPhone control. The device works really well and does't lag. I am also able to mirror Google Chrome from my Mac, if you have Windows or Android phone, for the price it's a no brainer, get it. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This is on AMAZING upgrade from the previous generation by leaps and bounds! Connectivity for casting is lightening fast. Build Quality is is outstanding. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade!
