Great device. I bought it mostly to connect my phone to tv. Love all the apps that work with it. It worked with usb port built into my receiver

I purchased this so that my wife could watch exercise videos via web browser in the workout room without having to purchase a wifi bluray player as we already have a regular bluray player. It works precisely as expected and intended.

I've had different models of the chrome cast and I must say this is the nicest one yet. Having its own power cord to plug into a wall is a nice addition to an already great product.

Great fun easy to hook up loads of entertainment. I love this product I can review my Facebook on my big screen TV and see all of my friends faces up close and personal love it.

I got the 1st Gen version & only thing I didn't like was it don't have Wifi 5Ghz, 2nd Gen does but with more ram which give you smooth streaming without any buffering or slow down.

There are plenty of similar products like this one. This isn’t the best but if you only need to cast YouTube videos on a big screen TV or cast a video playing on your web browser to your TV this is the good choice.

For $35 this thing is solid. Steaming is quick and supports plenty of apps. Can't go wrong even if u have an iPhone and not an Android device. Great little device I bought 3 of them.

When my smart TV was unable to show mlb because of technological changes made to MLB TV. The Chromecast fit the bill and allowed us to cast games to the TV. Most importantly we were able to connect via our Google Home

This is my second chromecast but first second gen unit and probably due to the toggle this one works fine. I can only assume the first gen was possibly overheating. If you have a problem with your first gen unit give this one a try.

Read reviews, was excited to purchase. Took it home & was let down...wouldn't hook up or fully connect past initial screen of mountain pic. Was on phone forever & still no fix. So sad :-(

Great device to see movies from a cell phone. Odd case: Two TVs same model, one works fine and the other there is image but not sound. It could be a damaged HDMI port on the TV.

Chromecast does exactly what it's supposed to do. I am using it with a Samsung phone to broadcast apps. The picture and sound are fine. I have no complaints. Good buy for the money.

All my TVs have the Chromecast device and I love it, You may have to download some other extensions to play local movies of the family or other videos. But all in all it works great.

This is a perfect companion for my Google Home ; it just make sense eventhough I already had roku. To be able to tell google home to show something on chromecast is awesome!

I upgraded to this chromecast for the 5.0 ghz band because my living room and kitchen are close and whenever the microwave is on the 2.4 ghz will disconnect.

For the past 2 years, I have lived on campus and cannot ever get the cable in my bedroom to work. The Chromecast has enabled me to be able to watch tv in my bedroom with great ease.

Google Chomecast was easy to install and had very well written and clear instructions during the installation process. I have had no problems since installing it.

I purchased this product bc i have others in my home and my dad actually likes it as well. Plus, having a Galaxy Note8 makes it easy for him to his Chromecast.

Connects Nice. However I have noticed that an Alternate Unsecured SSID is Transmitted if My Local Internet Router is not Up, I don't think this is a problem as it is for receiving not sending, unless the neighbors send something to it.

I REALLY LIKE AND ENJOY THIS DEVICE. I USE IT ON MY MAN CAVE TO PLAY U-TUBE MUSIC VIDEOS FROM MY SMART PHONE BIA BLUTOOTH. I REALLY RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE THAT LIKES MUSIC VIDEOS
