I had an older chrome that only supported 2.4 GHz, this unit also supports the 5 GHz band! Note I can stream to my TV in a less congested frequency. Awesome!

The chromecast is great for increasing streaming capabilities. I had an older version and ordered this newer version for a second TV. I'm glad I did!

Chromecast best supports YOutube than any other devices (I have smart tv, apple tv & Roku). But i was suprised to see that there is no in built. It all ways lock up a phone are tab. otherwise overall satisfied.

The Chromecast does not have a lot of features. That being said, for streaming Youtube and other sites, it does a phenomenal job. Cant be beat for the price.

I waited to get a Chrome Cast...but i love it. This works with my Google Home. I can ask Home to play a videi on the tv and it does using the Chromcast

I bought this for my son that does not have cable tv and this item brings most anything to his fingerprints he wants to watch, by using his computer or phone.

If your looking for a low cost media player this is the best out in the market, the only downside is at times the streaming starts lagging but it's minor.
