Not sure if it's the Wi-Fi or the product itself or a little bit of both but it tends to go offline quite a bit. But for 35 bucks it's a great value

Good product and streams movies faster than my smart tv. Plan on buying another. Do wish there were more apps you could link for screen mirroring.

Bought this for my son's birthday. I might get one for me! This thing has good features and an amazing build quality.

It is a solid companion to the chromecast audio I have. I can play back several things including from my google home.

I have bought a smart TV but the smart features of TV are very slow. I bought this as alternative and works well.

Cannot understand how anyone can like these. My unit did not malfunction, but frustrated me so just trying to watch anything. First of all, you need some sort of device to originate the program you want to watch..phone, PC, Tablet etc. Then you copy the picture on your screen to the TV. Not all originating programs allow you to do this. The voice does not match the lips. In short, every different device and app involves a unique challenge.

I like the Chromecast to stream YouTube & Netflix. However, when streaming a PowerPoint, Word Document, other website, etc. it is blurry and it seems to "lag."

I bought this for myself because I was tired of paying for cable it certainly took care of that. I wouldn't trade it.

It is a great overall product. I realized later that google also makes a ULTRA HD one. I should have bought that one.

It works just like the box says it does. It's a smart device in a small compact package, the only knock that I have for it is that I wish it had more range to it.

Great product. Would definitely recommend this product. I bought it to be able to watch my team on the big 10 network.

The new version is much improved over the original Chromecast. However I think that is largely due to the Home App.

Nice pictures, but one issue that stands out is the lag when being casted to. I was not fond of it and returned the item.

I bought this with google home. Home can control the basic functions of the chromecast with voice commands like pause, play, play next, play YouTube video etc..

My son loves it. We don't have cable at home. He does not have a smart TV either. So this works for him.

This is a great way to add value to a television that is not as smart as newer models. Works great with Google Home.

Lots of improvements over the original chrome cast, way better range- better reception, and it it much sleeker looking.

This is a great product. I use it in combination with google home and you don't even need to move. It's pretty cool.
