    I both this for my friend, he doesn't use Apple so this is the best thing close to an Apple TV y he is in love with it.

    I like the older chromecast versus the newer one. I like the way the older one could be powered by a USB power source. Otherwise, product has a lot more features.

    Cannot understand how anyone can like these. My unit did not malfunction, but frustrated me so just trying to watch anything. First of all, you need some sort of device to originate the program you want to watch..phone, PC, Tablet etc. Then you copy the picture on your screen to the TV. Not all originating programs allow you to do this. The voice does not match the lips. In short, every different device and app involves a unique challenge.

    Plug it into the TV plug it into the wall download the app and 5 minutes later you're sitting there watching Wireless

    Bought since it was on sale, and in hopes of streaming Xfinity but Comcast blocks this. Has a learning curve.Works good for streaming apps that are cast enabled.

    It is already becoming obsolete because TV's come with it built in now, but for the tv that doesn't have it, you need to get it! I use mine daily.

    How does Chrome on a tablet not chromecast anything?!? I don't get it. It works well for stuff it does, but Vimeo will only cast from the app, which is annoying.

    Real improvement over the last chrome cast. Better product now. Last one died after 14 months. And Google won't help.
