It's great to share my photos from my Ipad to family and friends it works great

It's great, I use it through my Samsung tablet. I watch Netflix and mostly for karaoke, I love it!!!

I will admit ny daughter did install for me and gave me a very quick, brief, description of use and off she took. Well, it was simple to use by the second use, makes my iPad a regular TV and much easier to watch Netflix. Truly love it

Easy to install - easy to set-up. Does the job but has a lot of limitations

Easy to setup, better to use than cluncky smart TV apps. It helps that my TV has a USB port to power it.

Easy to install. Very limited channels are supported (ex Showtime, ABC, Lifetime, TNT and more not available) Problems with Netflix. After starting a media file the smartphone looses its connection with the device. Only way to get it back is reboot Chromecast device then it would happen again. I recently bought another brand streaming stick and I have a lot more pro's to talk about...

i love how i can stick this in my pocket, go to a friends house and stream something right to his tv!

I got an Apple TV and this chromecast, almost identical product but cheaper.

This has been an easy to use fun product for the whole family. We bought one for every TV in the house!!

Easy to set up, not all things can be casted but it's a nice device overall.

I love my chromecast, actually have two of them in different rooms. Must have for the home that streams.

It does everything that I needed it for (sports) and my kids love to watch YouTube music videos on it.

At 35 dollars, the Chromecast is a pretty good alternative to having to buy another streaming device like a Roku or needing to update your blu-ray player. What's really useful about it is that Google offers the Chromecast app on a variety of devices: iPhones, iPads, Android, and even on PCs. This makes it easy to stream from a variety of devices and many other applications are compatible with it such as iTunes, Netflix, and Hulu Plus. The setup takes only about 3 minutes as well. This makes it easy to stream whatever you want to watch on your tv with very little fuss. The downside is that there are some bugs in the device and you'll suffer from some connection issues or the audio will be delayed. These can generally be fixed by taking the Chromecast out of the USB and replugging it back in, so it's not a big deal. For 35 dollars, it's pretty hard to beat.

I thought it would be a great way to hook up my computer to my TV, which is was, but it is pretty limited in terms of what that means. It turned out to be easier to just plug my computer directly into the TV itself to really use my TV as a large monitor. I returned it when I figured that out. Oh well.

Comes in handy for watching free broadcast network or even cable if you have a username and pw setup.

I’ve been using this for over a year and love it, would recommend this to anyone. I have 3 of these.
