Great device at a great price!

Watch free HD movies & videos with a smart phone

You Tube has a lot of content you can watch on your HD TV for free, but movie services usually charge a monthly fee. Flipps and Crackle have free movies and a fairly decent selection. Hulu won't work you have to buy Hulu Plus. The Chromecast background screensavers look awesome on my 60" HD TV.

Fun streaming device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.With the recent release of the Chromecast SDK, we are now seeing more apps compatible with the device. Now it is not just to stream Netflix or YouTube, but videos, photos, music and more from any pc, tablet or phone to your TV. I've been able to use Chrome on my PC to display Web pages and push movies on my phone to my older TV which doesn't have Wi-Fi. It's also quite portable, allowing me to simply unplug from one TV and plug into another. As long as they're on the same Wifi network, it works without issue. Only issue I've found is that if your TV doesn't have USB power for the dongle, you have to plug it into a wall, and if you've mounted the TV up high on the wall, you'll definitely need an extension cable.

Amazing product for the price

Youtube, Netflix, Google Chrome, Google Play, Google Music etc. is awesome. I love this product. Thanks to bestbuy I don't have to wait for months before getting this..

Good device for screen casting

Even though it was a "supported" device it didn't work. The Chromecast did. It disconnects though from time to time. I have excellent Wi-Fi, up to 50 mbps. So the device is pretty average.
