With how easy it is to set up, how easy it is to use, and how cheap it is, everyone should have one of these. Especially nowadays with all the streaming options and cable becoming less popular, this is a great alternative.

Its very easy to set up and use I have it linked to my nexus and Droid phone I only use it for Netflix I wish I could stream Amazon.com

I use it just to stream to my tv and it works great for that. For a more permanent non portable solution I would recommend something else.

We can now watch Netflix movies with the Chromecast from our laptop or tablet, without any bothersome wires. Also when using either of the above, you can continue to use them for other applications while your movie is running if you wish, or simply turn them off, your movie will continue to run. You can also use for Facebook, Twitter other laptop apps to view on your TV screen, simply plug in the Chromecast connector and go, it's great. We have two already, both purchased as Christmas gifts as we have 4 TV's in the house.

Chromecast is an awesome device when you use it for Netflix and YouTube streaming. The ease and simplicity make this a great choice.

This is the second I purchase, it's so convenient, simple and inexpensive when compared to others. I'm buying one for each device with a USB port at home. I just wish Google kept making this model, not the new one.

Chrome worked as advertised. The only issue I had was having to keep it connected for a charge constantly. It wasn't an aspect I was expecting, but it doesn't hinder the experience.

The Google Chromecast streaming media player is a great addition for those who love music and videos. The clarity and amount of music it holds will keep you dancing and singing until you can't anymore! Excellent product.

I love this product. What's really cool is when you link up your iPad and play netflix, you can still use the iPad to do other tasks. It also doesn't appear to drain the battery of my iPad while casting netflix to the TV.

Originally bought it just for presentations and viewing my desktop on a larger screen. No problem with that or anything I've tried so far directly from my laptop (music and videos). Worth the price. Still experimenting.

I love this little guy so much. For only $35, you get to turn any tv into a smart tv and gain the ability to play youtube videos or Netflix movies or mirror your phone. You can use it with a phone (iPhone or Android), tablet, or laptop. Just make sure your wifi is up to date to handle streaming otherwise your network will be slowed down. Its a great gift for anyone.

I got this for my in laws who didn't have a Smart TV or Apple TV. Thought this would be a good alternative. It's fine...I much prefer the Apple TV because of the unique remote, etc.

Great device does glitch every now and then it won't show as being connected have to unplug is rare but does happen bout 1-2 times a week

This is an excellent product if you want youtube, screen casting and netflix but i returned it because i couldn't cast Amazon video.

This is the perfect device for those who are trying to see if they could survive solely on digital content online and give up those heavy cable/satellite bills. Although it doesn't deliver everything from the cable/satellite world, it's not because the device is incapable. Chromecast worked from the moment it was plugged in and discovered the network. After the app was dowloaded to the iPad 2, YouTube streamed right to the TV. Hulu, Netflix and others available already and watching to see what other services will be next.

Works well but not as convenient when in hotel... Had trouble connecting through wifi and to my phone to watch netflix. As long as it is your connection, you should be good to go!

Works excellent with my cell phone! Can watch anything from my phone on my 60" TV. It's pretty cool if you don't already have a smart TV. Love it and I'd definitely recommend it to someone that doesn't have a smart TV.

This product is great overall, the visual quality is great, although it took me sometime to figure out the wifi connection. The only thing is it doesn't recognize a public wifi.

I was told by friends that this product was junk, but I have found that it streams content from my phone, laptop and tablet with ease. the quality does dip from time to time but that's more a comcast issue then anything.

I am now able to view, on my T.V., programs I was previously unable to see. I have recommended others to purchase the item and am aware of at least one person who has taken advantage of my recommendation. Thanks a lot..
