I've always streamed video and have downloaded movies from Netflix to watch on my laptop. I am thrilled to now be able to watch them on my big screen tv without the wires!! Love this little Chromecast media player ♥

Just bought my third Chromecast and, obviously, I love them. They can turn any tv with an HDMI port into a "smart tv". I cast music and youtube on a regular basis. Works great. Easy to set up. Easily worth 35 bucks.

the chromecast is awesome I am able to play any movie off my phone and use appt without having to use anything else to control it. It unlocks a whole new experience for tvs. And it's easy to use when traveling too.

Between my Netflix account, YouTube, and my media server I can watch anything. Aereo now has Chromecast support, so you can even watch and record live TV through a Chromecast now without having an antenna in your house.

Enjoy using the chromecast gadget with my tablet. Took it along on vacation and no problems connecting it to the TV's. Hours of endless fun when nothing is on the TV. Best Buy had it delivered on time. Very Pleased!

the only con about it that I had a window phone so I can use it with my WP8, otherwise it works good from my windows PC & Laptop "Chrome browser" and form my Android tablets.

The chromecast is a very easy to install and easy to use device. It is very nice not having to switch inputs to play certain programs. Being able to stream everything from basically any device makes it very useful.

The Google Chrome cast works very well in most instances. Sometimes it takes a little bit too long to load, but the convenience is very nice. It is very easily transportable, so it works well in multiple locations.

I know have bought three of these devices and the ease of use and ability to cast from a phone, tablet or a PC is great. Really great for older users that may struggle watching videos ao seeing photos on a laptop.

I bought this Chromecast for my mother-in-law and was afraid that it would be difficult for her to use. I was quite pleased to find out that setup was super simple! She's been binge watching Hulu Plus all weekend!

It's so great having this to watch Netflix on the tv and not having to get up each time I need to pause or go on to the next show when my laptop used to be connected by a short USB cable. Definitely recommend!

...but it does everything else an Apple TV can't. Loses connection and lags intermittently, but its a great backup to an ATV, as it can show contents from your PC and laptop

I use my Chromecast all the time. I even bought one for my parents. It works pretty well, although the iOS app seems to be a bit buggy at times. For $35 it's a great value.

I bought this item because it was on sale. While I prefer a dedicated media PC, this is a reasonable alternative for those that can't or would prefer to not use a computer.

I like the device but because I have Apple products it is a little complicated trying to get it to work. It works better with my HP laptop but I wanted to use it with my iPad.

Perfect match with NAS video streaming. Will be perfect 5.0 if support 5.0GHz AC and Better full screen support. However, it's still best value and performance in the class.

This product is very easy to install and very easy to use. Pretty much just plug and play. My nephew told me about this chrome cast, and I had to try it. Well worth the money.

Good start for getting whats on your pc/tablet etc. to your tv screen. Good only for certain web sites. Still needs some more development, but a step in the right direction.

Works great; just plug it in, use your phone to navigate and watch. Very easy to install and use. Want one for every TV in the house. Love that our friends and family can log in and we can watch their apps as well

In the beginning I had hard time installing it using my laptops (Mac/Dell). Eventually I could install it using my samsung cell phone. I guess it needed an android device.
