Nice little device

After reading reviews and watching reviews on youtube, I decided to go with it. It's a nice little device. No one won't even notice it since its hook onto the hdmi behind the tv so its like you're talking to your tv. Only thing is I wish there is at least a remote or a remote app instead of just the play and pause from the google home. Sometimes it takes a while for it to even shows up and sometimes even not and I would keep having to refresh the app to have it show up. Not a big problem but just wish it was more convenient. I did however returned it for the regular chrome cast since I figured that I won't be buying a 4k tv anytime soon. And besides, its just me who uses it. My kids uses the apple tv and roku more since it have a remote.

A Must Have Device!!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not only do I own two of these myself, I have purchased one for each member of my family. Setup is easy with the Google Home app. Because this is the Ultra you need to have a high speed internet connection for it to function properly. If you have the capability to do so I would recommend using the Ethernet port on the included power adapter. I use mine on the WiFi without a problem but I have fast internet and a nice router. Most of the big name streaming apps are compatible and it's also great for streaming music on your home theater/TV. I always bring this with me when I travel and has come in handy to avoid using unfamiliar equipment. Great device!

The best Chromecast yet

Additionally, they finally added an ethernet input for maximum internet speed! Highly recommended.

Better from laptop to tv than the tv's option
