Great picture and it really is a lot better than a regular chromecast on a 4K tv.

Chromecast Ultra 4K Streaming Player was the perfect solution for casting the Oculus VR Quest to the 4K TV. Very sharp picture and no noticeable lag. Only possible problem is the unit runs very hot to the touch.

Easy to setup, works great and no issues. Bought two, one for the house and the other for the basement gym.

I've had 2 of the original Google Chromecasts for my 2 televisions for awhile now. I bought a Sony 75" 4K Ultra HD TV last year and decided on Black Friday this year to upgrade to the Chromecast Ultra and a Sony 4K Blu-ray player for this TV and it's awesome! Love the Chromecast device and all it can do. Can cast from my smartphone and PC. Picture and audio are solid!

I originally purchased Google Chromecast based on a friend’s recommendation to go along with my Google Home mini speakers. However I found the Chromecast to be difficult to understand and only used my Fire Stick. Having both the Fire Stick and Chromecast was redundant as they both offer the major streaming services, so I returned the Chromecast. If you are invested in all things Google, by all means this may be the option for you, but as this Christmas season was my first foray into smart home devices, testing and trying the Amazon vs the Google devices hasn’t convinced me yet, that one is better than the other. I did like the “casting” option with Chromecast from a smart phone or tablet to the tv, but I wasn’t that interested in “casting” YouTube videos or Netflix, when I already had those apps on the tv. You can also find games in the App or Play store that you can “cast” to your tv, which could be fun with a group of friends and their smart phones or tablets.

I bought the Chromecast Ultra as a streaming device for YouTube TV to link up with my nest router and google home minis. It was super easy to set up with the Google Home app. It breathes new life into my "dumb" TV, a TV that's new enough to still look good, but not smart enough to have built in features. It links perfectly with the google assistant to turn on the TV or to tune into whatever shows I'm watching, as well as live TV off of YouTube TV. Great that it's also future proof with 4K quality (currently using on a 1080HD TV). Love that you can use ethernet to provide connection so that there are never any signal strength problems. Streaming is truly flawless.

Exceptional picture quality and fast speed even without a 4K TV.

I bought the Google Chromcast Ultra a couple of weeks ago & use it everyday. I love being able to control my tv with my voice & being able to mirror my phone & computer to my tv. It makes it easier to play games & do my work by looking at it on my tv. So far I've had no issues with it at all. It was very easy to set up & install on all my devices.

I bought this to go with my Google Home. It works perfectly. It's compatible with my Samsung TV so it turns it on for me. The picture looks great. No issues at all and makes it extremely easy to blast stuff from my cell phone to the tv
