The phone seemed to work but had software issues. The packaging was underwhelming to say the least. It could have been damaged easily during shipping. The charging cable and brick looked like it was taken out of the recycling bin. The red usb c cable was twisted and dirty. The brick was from a brand called BLU. The reason I was buying the phone was to upgrade to a higher resolution for better video quality. The Best Buy website shows this phone as 1440x2560. I didn't see a difference compared to my current 1080p resolution phone. Checking on the Google website my eyes were correct as this phone is 1080x2400. You would think a tech company selling tech would get the specifications correct. I returned the phone and told the customer service rep about this. He wasn't interested in the incorrect listing on the website and just handed me my return receipt. If buy something from Best Buy, make sure it is new. However, stay away from Geek Squad refurbished items.

Solid phone for my daughter when she broke her tmobile branded cheapo phone. Refurb is like new and everything works and looks new.

Wouldn't even know it was used if not for minor scratches around the charging port. I had a bit of trouble getting the SIM card slot open but otherwise the battery is great and everything runs smoothly. Makes my previous phone's camera look like trash.
Don't mind the packaging... it's still a good prod

The first order arrived and was not the phone i ordered. I ordered the Pixel 6, but was sent the Pixel 6A
I took it back to the store and they immediately reordered the correct phone. It came in weird, minimal packaging, but it was in better condition than i thought it would be, as it was a reconditioned phone. Was really pleased with the customer service.

The phone itself seems fine but the packaging was the most miserable I've ever seen in a refurbished device, it could've easily gotten damaged.
