The copper highlights are darker than the picture leads you to believe. It still looks great though. Toasts evenly and will fit bagels just fine.

Ok, it’s a toaster. But omg it’s gorgeous. There’s a learning curve to getting it to toast your different breads the way you want them. The beauty of it is, this sucker has a gazillion settings. It isn’t 1-2-3-4-5. There’s 4 between each. And I’ve found with larger breads, like bagels, toast them facing out. Don’t ask me why,, I don’t know.. but I’ve just had better success that way. It obviously likes it when you use all 4 slots then just one or two, but it does one or two very well if you learn your settings. I also love the crumb trays. They’re in the back, flush to the toaster bottom, one on each side. They remove easy and catch everything. Clean them frequently and your toaster will be great. We really want the coffee maker, but I want a thermal carafe and it doesn’t have one. Bummer.

Wide mouth openings, a wonderfully playful teal color and art deco type look that keeps one wondering if it's a toaster or an old style radio--- I LOVE IT!!! We needed a toaster for months but waited until this particular unit came back into stock-- definitely worth the wait, as most everything else simply looks like a toaster (lol)

The toaster was fantastic—it was affordable, smudge-proof, and incredibly simple to clean.

This toaster makes me smile, both for it's cool looks and color and how it works. There are 2 separate settings (for 2 slices each) that include a Defrost and Bagel setting. There are little baskets in each slice area that grab what you're toasting to keep it straight and each side the same distance from the heating elements. Toast and waffles are coming out great!

I love the retro look of this toaster but it does have a lack of options and a cheap feeling about... the handles are loose and rattle. It is also very light so that when you push the handles down to lower the toast the whole rear of the toaster pops up off the counter... this is annoying. For the price you'd think it would be weighted properly so this would not happen...disappointing...

This is a wonderful product which makes toasting anything an elegant experience. It produces perfectly toasted bread, english muffins, toaster pastries which look as good as this beautifully crafted toaster. You will look like a smart shopper with a Haden Heritage 4 slice toaster in your kitchen.

Love the look of this taster and how wide the slots are, but it doesn’t get the toast as dark as I’d like it.
