Great variety maker just very slow. Kerig is massively faster. Would recommend overall. Timer is also handy.

Works pretty good! Don't like that the carafe warmer plate heats up even when you are just using k-cups.you need to have a measuring cup near the coffee maker at all times to measure exactly 10 Oz of water to pour in for a cup or 14 Oz for a carry mug.I have to soak the k-cup holder in white vinegar and then with dish detergent and rinse every couple of weeks or so to maintain that great fresh brewed coffee flavor!I have had it for two months and it has worked fineI I like being able to brew a carafe when we have company or each morning, just one K- Cup!

Worked great at first

Loved the coffee maker, worked great on both multi-cup and single serving sides. Some in the house hold could brew coffee from ground beans and others from Keurig cups. However, after using it for about seven months, the reservoir started to leak. I would give it 3 stars for being such an integral part of our days getting coffee, but this is actually our second one. The first one I bought was DOA and leaked out the reservoir. Seeing this pattern, I can't in good conscience recommend this if you're looking for a long-term coffee maker. Our old coffee maker lasted us from 1995 while this one can't make it past a year.

This is our 2nd one of these. The first died after not quite 2 years (it had a 1-year warranty). We did replace it with the same model because we like the flexibility of making a whole pot, 1 cup, or using K-cups. It does work well for as long as it works and was not really expensive for a programmable coffee maker. Would recommend with the caveat of awareness that it will probably not exceed its warranty by much.

I loved the convenience of the single cup and the flex brew but was very disappointed that it quit brewing single cups within a few months. It will still brew pot so have not replaced it yet.

Piece of junk. Don't fall for the gimmick.

- Slow brew time
- Single Serve is more of a pain than brewing an entire pot
- Reservoir started leaking after a few months. Will dump the entire reservoir out as soon as you fill it, rendering the coffee maker useless.

Nice Coffee Pot-Decent alternative to a Keurig

Our Keurig quit working after less than two years. Rather than purchasing another one, I decided to go with something a little less expensive and that I could make more than one cup at a time in. Keurigs are great but lets face it, when you have family or friends over and everyone is standing in line to make one cup of coffee at a time, it can get annoying. This is a good fit. The only real con is that the water reservoir for the 12 and single cup side is shared, so if you put more water in than the machine allows for a single cup you will get an error message and it won't brew until you remove some of the water. Overall this is a pretty good little machine. Also, the coffee tastes excellent when brewed on the single side from the basket they provide. I will probably not be purchasing many k-cups in the future, which is a great money saver.

We are always on the run at hm so we decided to purchased this Cofee maker for the convenience of having one item that can do two jobs with out having to have to different machines on the kitchen counter. The sad part is that , this machine after a while the single brewing part stops working ..... And this is the second machine / time that happens in three months ..... So I'm going back to the store today to return this item and get a different brand ..... Please , don't waste your time nor money buying this Cofee maker.

This coffee machine is definetly versatile but has some serious flaws. The single serve side regularly displays an “err” message which requires the coffee be brewed through the carafe side. This is a little annoying. The program function is nice but many coffee pots have that. It would be exceptionally good if the single serve side could be programmed to brew at a certain time. I was expecting more for the price.
