Very good sound. Battery life is fair but not great.

This speaker is a good little Bluetooth speaker. The sound and clarity are loud and crisp. The design and case were great. The major flaw is the battery life. It reliably gets just over 3 hours of constant play time. Overall, a great product with one minor flaw.

I was blown away by the perrformance of this tiny miracle of a speaker. I immediately wanted to purchase a second one but the sale had passed. Sale or no sale this is one of the best in this category. I have compared with Bose and others and I prefer the sound, size and weight of the HK speaker.

This speaker was a great purchase for the sale price. The sound and quality is very good. It is very loud, only wish the bass was a little better. If you are looking for something with good bass, you might look elsewhere, otherwise this is a great speaker.

This is clear-sounding speaker because it has LESS bass than most, which is better for classical music, or any music that is not dependent on overwhelming percussion. It can be powered by either its battery, or while plugged in. One big problem I have with it, is that it shuts itself down, even while plugged in, if it does not receive an audio signal after a certain amount of time. I am not sure what the time-out duration is, but it is NOT long enough to use this with a wake-up device such as an old phone when running a music app that offers such an alarm function. But it is nice to use with anything else where the sound is used on-demand like a PC, notebook, tablet, MP3 player, smart phone, etc.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for our son. I had him play it while he was over and was astounded by the sound! I am a big fan of Bose products and was looking to get myself a sound link but upon hearing this, I am going to get one for myself! At half the cost of a Bose, the sound quality is superb.

Great sound without the bulk of a large speaker you've gotta carry around or that takes up a lot of space. It's so compact, I carry this speaker everywhere I go. The only down side is you have to recharge it every 3-4 hrs. But hey if you've got an extension cord, it plays forever. I love it!

Like everything about the speaker except for the loud beat when it pairs with my phone. Sound is crisp and it's reasonably small for the office. I would recommend it over the Bose one that is $25 more as I own both and this one is considerably better.

I bought this when it was deeply discounted approx half price and it has a very good sound. My only complaint is that the case only has room for the speaker and not the charger. I like to take it with us when we go away for a weekend and would prefer it all be together. It was my first foray into the portable speaker world and I've been happy with this purchase.

I found the higher frequencies somewhat muddled and not clear. The sound balance has too high a bass emphasis suppressing highs. There is another top name similar design blue tooth speaker which is clearly better though more expensive. I would conditionally recommend to a friend pointing out the frequency response issues. I have high praises for other H-K devices I own but not this one.

This will be the 3rd portable speaker I purchased. It sounds much better than my last JBL. I wished it had a much better bass sound but for the price the fidelity and sound its awesome. It also has a carrying case and I can see myself bringing it on my suit case anytime I travel.

The compact size of this speaker allows for ease with travel. For the size, it also has great sound.

Bought this for the golf course. Great sound and portability the carry case was a great bonus too.

I was looking around the store for a graduation gift and found this speaker on sale. I've got Harman speakers in my car and love them so I was surprised they made a Bluetooth portable speaker. I was pretty set on a bose speaker since I've got a nice sound dock system from them. But for the price I couldn't pass it up. The kid loves it and takes it everywhere. He's excited to take it to college. Glad I bought it!!!

Don't let the low price fool you - this speaker delivers AMAZING sound. It is very clear and loud - and you can't be the price! And it comes with a high quality padded case too!! I highly recommend this speaker!!

compact, nice size easy to setup and good sound quality

I was fortunate to buy this speaker at a sale price. It is a high quality speaker with great sound. The nice case included in the package makes traveling with the speaker easy. The battery lasts and the power indicator comes in handy. I like the sleek black design.

This little speaker puts out great sound, Bluetooth pairs well and has decent range.The only downside is the 5 hour battery life, a little too short for me, would like it to go 8-10 hours ideally but I do like to play it loud. Overall very pleased with it.

I am of an age where good sound came from large speakers and stacks of amps, mixers, and tuners. So for me to go shopping for a product to get sound outside for a get together, I'm thinking complicated set-up, tinny sound, and next week's check. While at the store looking at options another customer asked a salesperson about this speaker. The salesman grabbed his phone, paired the bluetooth, and this $90.00 unit sounded as good as that 1/4 wall of I've got in the basement. Great sound, great price, decent volume, and the battery lasts about 4-6 hours. Very pleased with this purchase.
