I am absolutely thrilled with my 65-inch U6-the picture quality is truly the star of the show. Thanks to the Mini-LED and QLED technology, the screen is incredibly bright, and the colors are both vibrant and remarkably natural. What really blew me away, though, is the contrast. The blacks get profoundly dark, making everything else just pop, which is especially noticeable when watching movies with the lights down. Beyond the stunning picture, the TV's system is refreshingly easy to use. It's quick, I never get lost in menus, and it consolidates all my streaming apps perfectly. Setup was a breeze, too. While I do use a separate soundbar, I was pleasantly surprised by the built-in speakers; they're clear and more than good enough for casual viewing. If you're looking for a TV that delivers a fantastic, immersive experience, this one is an absolute winner.

The Hisense 65" U6 Series MiniLED QLED absolutely blew me away! The picture quality is incredibly sharp and vibrant, thanks to the MiniLED and QLED combo—deep blacks, brilliant colors, and smooth motion whether I’m watching movies, sports, or gaming. The 4K HDR really brings out all the details, especially in dark scenes. Sound is surprisingly good too—clear and loud without needing a soundbar (though I’ll probably add one later for a full home theater experience). I also love the Fire TV interface—it’s super easy to use, loads fast, and gives me instant access to all my streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and YouTube. Voice control with Alexa is a great bonus too. For this price range, you’re getting features typically found in much more expensive TVs. It's the perfect upgrade for our living room—great value, beautiful design, and smart functionality all in one. Highly recommended!

I purchased the 65 inch TV for my living room the kids love it. While I was watching this specific show picture has vibrant colors during the daylight scenes and during the darker since where they had a lot of them the I was able to see the different shades the QLED Color and Mini-LED brightness did the job. I love the fact that it has the build in subwoofer because while watching action movies which we love to watch the sound was great. At time one point the motion latency was bad but I was able to change the setting from FILM to SMOOTH and that was a game changer, motion is now very smooth I was very impressed on how much it changed. I also the Filmmaker Mode is a great feature and how it automatically switches on on, with all the features watching TV has become a better experience with this TV in some cases I even thought I had a 3D TV, I had to turn off the AI light adjustment not sure it if was because of the lighting in the room but it was not a feature that I enjoyed, even with that this was a great purchase.

I bought the Hisense Smart Fire TV to replace a much older TV in my living room. I had GeekSquad professionally mount it to the wall with a full motion mount. The initial setup process was extremely easy, just needing to sign into my WIFI and Amazon prime account to access my Fire TV account and everything was ready to go. It's nice to have this integrated for one less piece of equipment to connect. The picture and sound quality is great just as it is for everyday viewing of television shows, movies, and music. I don't feel that external speakers are needed unless you want a surround sound system experience. The built in speakers have clear sound with an adequate level of bass. I have used the TV to stream music and it sounds just as good as streaming to a quality speaker set. The picture is sharp and colors are vibrant. I have the TV angled toward the seating in my living room and it does not provide significant glare from the lighting. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and have found the Hisense Smart Fire TV to work exceptionally well for my needs.

When I saw this 2025 Hisense U6 available at Best Buy, I thought it would be a great secondary TV for our house. When I looked at the specs and saw that it had Mini-LED as well as native refresh rate at 144HZ (Not Motion Rate, NATIVE) it really got me excited. It was very easy to setup and I already had a Prime account from a firestick so I had all my apps and account good to go within minutes. The one thing that really impressed me was the sound right out the box before I even connected my soundbar to it. It had a lot of bass and clarity which a lot of the cheaper TVs do not have. After using it for the first hour, I made the decision to make it our primary living TV and replaced our TV that I spent twice the amount a couple years ago. There are tons of customizations that you can apply to best fit your needs whether it is playing video games or watching a movie. I am pleased to say I am happy with my purchase and I highly recommend anyone who wanted a premium TV but didn’t want to spend over $1k for it. The one complaint is that I prefer Google TV over Fire TV because of the constant Ads that are shown on the home screen upon turning on the TV. I wish there was a function turn it off. There is a function where you can turn off the auto play videos and audio but I would like a function to completely remove it all and just have the apps and inputs.

I’ve been really happy with this Hisense U6. The picture quality is way better than I expected for the price — the Mini-LED backlighting makes movies look bright, colorful, and sharp. Gaming also looks smooth, and the TV responds fast with no noticeable lag. The smart features are easy to use, and the setup took just a few minutes. The speakers are decent, but adding a soundbar definitely helps. My only small complaint is that the picture doesn’t look as good if you’re sitting off to the side. Overall, for the money, this TV is an awesome value. Great for movies, sports, and everyday streaming.

Quality Hisense TV with Great Speakers

I have been using the new Hisense television and all video sources are so much brighter and crisper than my prior television. High def, standard def, 4k, and video games all look amazing. I’m very happy with the quality of the video and audio of this tv. This television is setup in a room that has a lot of windows and light, so we were used to shutting the curtains when watching college football during the day. The glare issues on this television are not completely gone, but games are watchable – it’s important to note, this is likely due to a combination of a few things. My tv is mounted on the wall, and because it’s only three inches in depth, I can tilt it down much more than my other tv. This tv also is much brighter, so this weekend when the sun was really strong, the tv was just as bright. There is a feature that allows the tv to determine how much light is in the room, and it auto adjusted as it got brighter during the day. Even at night, it gets dimmer, which is much easier on the eyes. I love that I don’t need to manually adjust to different video types (day/night) like I used to, which is another nice feature. The different blur for fast action and the tickers that crawl at the bottom of different channels is gone as well. Nice perks that I was hoping to see. It's also a fairly light tv at just over 40 pounds, so mounting was not very difficult. I needed a soundbar for my old tv, so I automatically set up the soundbar with the tv using my old digital audio cable. However, after trying the built-in speakers from the tv, I’m unsure if I even need the soundbar anymore. The sound is very, very good and even has quality bass with the subwoofer (yes, the tv has a built in subwoofer). I’m just realizing as I type this that if I can’t tell that my mid-priced soundbar is better than my tv’s speakers, I can just move the soundbar into another room and use the audio directly from my tv speakers. The final creature comfort is the use of Alexa. I am still getting used to this, but the other day, the tv was on and I said “Alexa turn off tv” (I have an Alexa enabled audio device) and it turned off the tv. That’s a great feature that I’m excited to learn more about. Regardless of your Amazon membership, you can still download all of the regular apps for your tv viewing. So for anyone with a tv that is older than 5 years and looking to mount a fairly light tv this is a great choice. The audio sounds great, and the added functionality of Alexa is pretty cool.

We were so thrilled to get this Hisense U6 Series MiniLED Smart Fire TV, esp., since our current TV was so old. It was way past time to upgrade. And what a difference! This TV's images are so clear and colorful. The blacks are so black, that you can tell that the contrast range is really good. And the sound directly from the TV's speakers are also really good. We are so happy with this new TV.

All the latest wants I didn’t know I needed. The initial boot-up took much longer than expected however after this it became quite responsive. I was surprised that the tv was a little heavier than I expected. The Hisense 65-inch TV’s 144Hz refresh rate was great for gaming with good contrast and black levels however in fast motion some scenes appeared blurry. The picture is clear and bright. Dark scenes look deep without any glare on the screen. The viewing angles were narrower due to the VA panel. This tv is controlled by a high-powered AI chipset, which uses advanced picture processing like AI Picture, sound, scenario, to sharpen and boost the quality of whatever’s on your TV. Full dimming created deeper colors. The refresh rate of 144hz provided a lag-free while on our gaming system. A cool feature is the ability to display art or personal pictures. This tv has the Fire OS which is intuitive and had good connectivity options with the apps front and center on the main home screen. This smart TV has good sound so no need to install a sound bar. It has great picture, good sound, and an easy-to-use interface. I love that I can speak into the remote to control on screen with Alexa. This TV brings everything you need without the upcharge price tag. Overall, it is a great value and worth buying for its viewing experience and wide range of features. We love having movie nights and watching fast action sports on this TV.

I am highly impressed with the picture quality of this tv. Is anything more important than the picture? I always use a soundbar so the audio output is not important to me and I won't evaluate it. The picture is very sharp and colors are bright and vibrant. Right now I'm running this tv side by side with a very similar model that is 5 years old; also a 65 inch Hisense. This new model is very noticeably higher quality, especially the picture's sharpness and color accuracy. I'm not a huge fan of the Amazon interface, but I don't spend much time interacting with the menus, so it's not a big factor for me. However, all the well known apps are available for easy download. Setup was also very simple. If you're using a tv stand, the base legs are very far apart from each other so you'll need a wide stand to hold this tv. Not a concern if you will wall mount.

I am comparing this to a Kia car. Less expensive than the Big Boys, but PACKED with features... Super clear picture, a remote control you can speak to that pairs with Alexa and AWESOME SOUND! I don't need to add a soundbar!!!! PLUS it has WiFi6!! What other TV can say that? Setting this tv up was a breeze. Out of the box, on the wall and WORKING in no time! I was able to add my favorite apps and I was watching tv and browsing like a champ. The remote control is a familiar one so there was no learning curve with that. The entire experience was a breeze. My wife actually come in my office and said "It's already up???".

I'm impressed with the Hisense 65 UG Series Smart Fire TV. I like that the TV was easy to set up and was hassle-free. It took only minutes to update the software on the TV. The remote is a good size, easy to understand, and responsive. The Fire TV operating system allowed me to easily add my apps and access my streaming services. I like how I'm able to easily switch between the different apps. I also love that they provide free streaming apps like Amazon Freevee. It has vivid colors and exceptional picture quality. The bright colors are bright, and the dark colors are rich. When watching movies, I feel like I'm in the theater. The sound is good and can be heard even from a distance. This TV has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it.

This tv, the Hisense 65” class U6 series, is fantastic! The color is great and the picture is so clear in 4K. There really is much less of a glare from another light source nearby thanks to Anti-Reflection Pro Anti-Glare Low Reflection Pro panel. We added our own tv lights on it in the back and it’s really added to the tv viewing experience. We love the tv stand for added stability. The only caveat for us is the fire tv built in. For some reason, some apps will not show up to install them like paramount plus or hbo max. We do have a fire tv cube but because the tv remote is literally a fire tv remote, we have a hard time to use the fire tv cube to manage the tv as in turn it off and on or control the volume. We decided to just use both the tv remote for controlling the tv and fire remote for controlling the fire tv cube. I do would like to point out it’s so easy to automatically change the hdmi to what we have the fire tv cube on. All you have to do is press home button on the fire tv cube remote. Very easy.

    Picture Great - Sound Lacking

I was pleasantly surprised with the picture quality of this unit, especially for the price. The colors were rich and it is bright. The picture quality is by far the best part of this unit. The side profile shows, it's a little thicker than an average TV today, and much thicker than an OLED style, so if the amount it sticks out from the wall is a concern, measure twice. Out of the box, you have the FireTV experience, which is sufficient, no more, no less. The interface is a little laggy and overall the FireTV interface isn't that impressive. That said, it has the standard apps I need to watch TV. If you have an antenna, this set does have an antenna input and a built-in tuner isn't on 100% of sets today. The remote is a basic no frills FireTV style remote. Being able to add it to an Apple Home was a nice surprise. The sound is the worst aspect of this unit. If you have external speakers then for the cash, you get a heck of a good picture. If you like nice rich sounds and don't want to use external speakers, you may be disappointed with the quality from the TV. Overall, I'd say if you have external speakers, it's a surprisingly good value. If you don't, it's still not a bad set, but if you really want nice built-in sound, this may disappoint.

The Hisense U6 Mini-LED QLED delivers fantastic color performance, with the QLED technology really making vibrant scenes pop tested it with a couple of shows and movies. Game of Thrones color look really crisp Brightness and contrast feel impressive for its class, giving movies and shows a crisp, immersive look. The user interface is smooth, modern, and easy to navigate, even for first-time users. Overall, it’s a very user friendly TV that balances picture quality and usability extremely well. Firestick is not as compatible as chromecast was in previous generation that is the only drawback to this tv. However, for that sacrifice you get a faster user interface and more compatibility with home devices

This is a big tv for the price point. I replaced a 55” tv with this one and it’s hard to imagine going back now. The tv was well-packaged and protected. The setup was straightforward. However, the requirement to have an Amazon account to setup the tv was a negative for me. Once setup, there are some options to adjust the picture quality, but not many for the audio. Connecting it to my soundbar was a little challenging. The background audio was good, but the vocals were not loud enough. This varied from app to app. I did not have this issue on my previous tv. The sound from the built-in speakers were quite impressive. Very loud and definitely ample for a small to medium space. The picture quality is good, not great. The picture is very bright and the color ranges significantly depending on your viewed content. Animated content is very vibrant while live action varies from life-like color to darker. Sports and fast action seem to be seamless. The Fire TV user interface was simple but lack options of other major tv manufacturers. This is to be expected for a tv at this price though. I prefer a simply microphone button on the remote to search for content over the Alexa button. For the value conscious consumer, this is without a doubt a contender. The 2-year warranty is icing on the cake. Most other manufacturers only offer 1 year. If you’re looking for a big screen at a reasonable price, this is definitely an option to consider.

This is an amazing TV to buy has great picture really bright and the local dimming is amazing. The sound quality of this TV is Greta you won't need to buy a sound bar it already provides great sound. This TV has apple airp play but does not provide chrome cast built in. You can mirror an android phone through screen mirroring but will show your entire phone kind of like a protector. I have a seperate chrome cast in case but that won't be a deal breaker I'm really amazed how this TV looks top class for a cheaper price. Will strongly recommend and has fire tv built in. Access to alot more apps than most stock tvs. Also makes older movies look better in amazed how much better this TV makes picture look.. For example on my pictures Jingle all the Way looks clearer than my other brand Tvs.

This thing’s a beast. The Hisense 65U65QF shouldn’t be this good for the price, but here we are - me sitting on the couch like a kid on Christmas morning, grinning like an idiot every time it fires up. Picture quality? Sharp enough to shave with. Colors pop without looking like a cartoon. Blacks are nice and deep, not that washed-out grey you get with cheap panels. And the brightness… yeah, it holds its own even with daylight blasting through the windows. Gaming on it with the Series X? Smooth as butter. No stutter, no nonsense, just solid performance. It’s almost on par with my gaming monitor. The interface is fast, the sound doesn’t make you want to immediately buy a soundbar, and the whole thing looks clean on the wall. For a mid-range set, it behaves like it’s got delusions of grandeur, and I’m all for it. Bottom line: If you’re thinking about grabbing one, stop thinking. Just get it. For the money, it’s an absolute no-brainer. Five stars, easy.

My experience has been great so far, the picture looks sharp and bright. The colors really stand out, both movies and sports look really smooth. I also recommend this TV if you're a gamer I have not seen any lag at all while playing. I'm guessing it's because of the high hertz rating. I also like the high dynamic range that it has. I love that it is intergraded with fire tv, it's really easy to use and has tons of apps. All of the apps and features that I've used have worked flawlessly and have not frozen once. Was very easy and simple to set everything up, especially if you already had an existing account. The sound is pretty decent I'm not really into high volume but if you are it wouldn't hurt to get a sound bar. Overall this is a great all around TV you get good picture, quality, color and it's very user friendly.
