Although I'm evaluating this TV for the second day my experience so far is just WOW! Super Bright images no OLED TV can touch the 85UX with 2,550 nits. NO POSSIBLE BURN IN LIKE OLED! With 20,000 Mini leds this TV performs just as good if not better than any Sony,LG or Samsung. The TV also has Dolby Vision IQ that takes the image and presents it as the creator intended. Color is breathtaking! It also has an amazing 80watt built in sound system that performs as well as any expensive sound bars. I'm still evaluating this TV in total performance and will update this post after final evaluations.

Amazing TV at and incredible price with superb support from Best Buy. The Hisense 85UX is a limited edition mini-led with off the charts specs and was built to go against the top of the line Sony. In many cases, it exceeds the Sony. It’s the best TV I’ve ever owned and the picture quality stuns. I loved it so much, I bought a second.

Got it in september, made it through football season and already starting to degrade. Was pretty amazing right away. But now its hard to watch anything with dark scenes. Ran my mouth and talked this behemoth up to eveyrone, now im stuck with my pants down. Thought it was a content thing to begin with, tried other streaming programs same crap. Same issues on my U7G figured this being the "flagship" I wouldnt have these issues. Sound is absolutely amazing tho. Dont need a soundbar if u dont want one. I have it connected to my denon with 7 large speaker surround. Half the time i just use the tv sound. Contacted hisense but theyre kinda running me around. Will update soon.

The picture and sound quality are amazing! It took awhile getting use to all the settings for the resolution and the sound adjustments. The TV works well. I thought that i didnt have the latest firmware but after going back and forth with Hisense Reps, it was decided that I did have the latest firmware. I wish the 85UX was at least an Android 12 like its counterpart, the U8K, instead of Android 11. Also the app storage size is a lot smaller than the U8K (6.5gb compared to 20gb). So i guess I will be using external storage as well as an external Ethernet adapter. Minimal to no buffering: Wifi gets around 200-300mbps while the ethernet adapter gets 840mbps-1gb on my fios. I tried at least 3 different adapters, and the only one that worked was the Monoprice USB 3.0 adapter for both the UX & the U8K. I appreciate that Hisense give you a 2yr warranty on their tvs, but having a BestBuy membership makes me feel more secure in all my purchases.

The colors are amazing, deep black level like an Oled, brightness has no match, clarity is outstanding and the TV sound is on a other level plus contected to my 5.1.2 Hisense Dolby Atmos Bar to enable Harmonic Sync leaves me speechless. Play my PS5, Xbox One X or Swtich is a dream came true. I have no other word than... Thank You Hisense for this master piece of art. High quality over all.

I got the Hisense UX TV to replace my Sony X95K 85inch TV. Paid for home delivery and setup plus hual away of old tv. Bestbuy delivery team were very professional and courteous making my delivery and setup quick. I would highly recommend paying to get it delivered to your home and to pay for haul away. I had them bring it to the basement and it was worth the service they provided!!! Wow the picture quality (PQ) is amazing after adjusting all the settings starting with Ratings.com calibration settings and adjust to what I think would look great. No I could not say the PQ on the Sony or Hisense look better than the other. But the brightness and less blooming was obviously better on the Hisense. If you can get it for Amazon sale of $2499 if is way worth it!!! As that is 50% off Hisense MSRP! Plus at that price kick butt againt Samsung, Sony and LG top model! Maybe TCL 851G could beat it but I never seen it so I could not say. I still have my LG OLED 1st Gen and Sony X90L and had older Samsung TV's including Samsung plasma and I think to me that I found a TV for the long haul like the LG 1st Gen OLED. I just hope Hisense will continue to support the UX with more firmware updates as both Sony and LG no longer does. Which is quite disappointing considering the cost of purchase! TV sounds great and the Samsung 990C also got it on clearance as the new 990D is out made a match that all I could say is wow!!! I was able to make the Hisense UX the center channel with no issue with syncing echo issues. Highly recommended if you can get it for the current sale price of $2499!

The Hisense 85UX is an unbelievable display. It is a bit bright out of the box, but setting the set to Theater mode gives you realistic colors that you can set to the desired depth of color. Unpacking definitely requires 2 people that can lift (@ 80lbs a piece) the display to its console or mounting bracket. This is a heavy display but great to watch. Set-up was easy and the documentation is comprehensive. I printed it out from the Hisense website in case i needed help prior to the display linking up to my WIFI. The only drawback is the myriad of choices in configuring every aspect of sight and sound. Most of the defaults are fine, but if you want to tinker you have lots of settings to choose from.

W-O-W! I'm a long time Sony owner that did the homework before buying. The Sony 900e from 2015 is my previous purchase. Theater room shopper for 4 years for a new TV. OLED is out because I'm used to LED look. Even the GEEK SQUAD installers were impressed with the audio from this TV... no soundbar required. Hisense chopped the $5,000 price to $2,500 and "sold" was my answer. 85 inches with 80 watts to the Atmos speaker system with a built-in sub-woofer.

Set up was easy to find that both sight and sound are gonna make a lot of people wish they had took this gamble. It is everything the numbers say and more. After 1 hour im convinced the big 3 better step it up. Blacks are better than Qms95 c i would not say this without having one in the same room.

Excellent service extra help loading. The TV was nice thank you and the TV performed as advertised. Also the help with getting my new Best Buy card authorized and set up was needed. Thank you for that as well.

I am very happy with the product, great picturequality. I didn’t test out the speakers unfortunately I connected to a soundbar immediately.

One the best mini led i ever see, blooming its not a problem at all. This is the futerw for bright rooms.
