On the lowest setting it still feels strong, so I can place it at the back of my desk and still feel the nice cool breeze. It isn't too loud either.

I Like That it has two speeds. very nice and powerful for being a small fan. Very well made. and it's wonderful that it also comes with an attachment to make it a desk fan. what a great deal if you get in on special. An Also its plug to an electrical outlet no battery's Thats awesome so far so good will be testing it out during summertime. Hope it will last like my other Holmes products.

It’s nothing fancy but is quiet enough to not bug my neighbors while also creating just enough white noise when pointed directly at my face to help drown out surrounding noise. Only complaint is that the cord is super short. You might want to think about getting an extension of the outlet you intend to use is more than an arms length away or so from the spot you intend to place it
