I think this is a very powerful machine considering the price. I've used Dysons that are far more expensive and far less effective. It does an excellent job of picking up pet hair - the beater brush does not mess around! It's heavy, but not horribly so.

Great vacuum cleaner for its price specially for people who have pets like dog. It is very effective on carpet, furniture, and bare floor. I also use it for my dog to get the falling fur/hair after taking a bath. The only thing I don't like on this is the consumable bag that is very hard to find the last time I checked though I haven't tried to look thoroughly online. I'm satisfied with it overall.

The vacuum cleaner is lightweight, easy to operate, and picks up cat fur very efficiently. It was very easy to assemble. I haven't had it long enough to know about belts and bags, but I was advised by my repair guy to avoid bagless and self-propelled, both of which can cause problems. So far, I'm very happy with the Hoover Wind Tunnel.

Powerful sweeper! I was so tired of dumping the container on my other sweeper - with all my cats and dog, hair is everywhere! All I have to do with this is snap in the bag, put a new one in and no face full of dust, hair and dander!

Cleans carpet and tiles floors great. Wanted one that would pick up dog hair and this one works just fine!

This vacuum cleaner does a wonderful job of vacuuming. I have no difficulty carrying up, or down, the steps in my split-level hope.

Priced a little high for the product. Sweeping area a lot smaller than most sweepers so it takes longer and louder than our last hoover!

This vacuum really picks up great . Love the way the tools attach to it. I have lots of stairs and the stair claw make vacuuming them so much easier. I also love the long cord that it comes with.

Like the floor feature it prevent the brush from becoming damaged. Very quiet.

This Hoover is lightweight and has great suction power, I love the indicator showing if floor is still dirty or clean. The teal color is so modern

Great vacuum for the price. Easy to assemble, easy to use and cleans carpet and floors good.

Having a prior Windtunnel (also bagged & now a basement-room cleaner), I am pleased with the improvements made, especially being able to turn off the brush so it no longer eats away the rug, cord, etc. when using attachments. Easy to push and navigate, and really good attachments (the power hand tool is great for stairs and chairs/couches). Great suction, but I haven't tried it with the regular paper 'Y' bag yet, still using the original cloth-like bag which can not be found anywhere. My only gripe is that the push-button power switch should be easier to work, and not require such firmness and press-depth to work.

Works really well in removing cat hairs off furniture and carpet. Good purchase.

I like this vacuum so much better than the $500 Oreck I previously was using, which wasn't designed to be specifically for pet hairs. This vac really picks up the hair well and keeps the dust and emissions down. Plus the enclosed attachments are so handy! The only drawback for me is the weight (over 8lbs), simply because i suffer with arthritis terribly.

I have 3 dogs and it picks up every hair! it does as good as my dyson.

I own two long hair dogs and needed a new vacuum. Decided to buy another Hoover and this one delivers.

Was looking for a bagged vac, don't particularly like the bagless ..find them dirty when emptying. This is a light weight almost self propelled machine. Did a test with it, vac'd the rug then went over it with the bagless pet Hoover, negligible amount had been left. Easy to put together

we wanted a bagged vacuum as the bagless ones are a mess to clean including the filters. this vacuum is a good, came with the bells and whistles we wanted and has a good, strong motor.

I have two hairy dogs and needed something light that would be good to get hair off of the bare floor easily. Like that it has all attachments readily available for smaller areas. It does have strong suction for pet hair. But the overall quality of the vacuum is cheap plastic. A wheel fell off within first couple of days. I am afraid that pieces of the vacuum will fall off soon. I guess overall it does what it says for pet hair, but think overpriced for quality.
